What: Cherry blossom viewing party
When: Sunday morning to evening? It's an all-day affair, but if you want to stay there till night, hey, it's cool.
Where: Cherry blossom tree hill.
Summary: Spring spring spring! The annual cherry blossoms are blooming, and they won't be there for long. Go go picnic-time!
Rating: G, PG-13? We're in crowds here, let's not scar the kids.
Sunday morning- bright, without a cloud in the sky and perfect in every manner for a picnic under the cherry blossoms. Sure, the hill's a bit far if you live in the southern end of the village but hey, the weather's perfect. Time to get a-walking!

Did you bring food? Can you cook? Or would you, in an attempt to be generous and adventurous, set up a barbeque pit?! Try not to burn down the place now, no one would be happy.

[Such a violent master he has. ;_; Gilbert gives a quiet grunt of surprise at being shaken, no longer able to even pretend to smile. Of course, now he just looks startled rather than mildly cranky, so one might think it an improvement.]

Nothing's wrong!

[Realizing that's probably not going to satisfy Oz, though, he'll keep attempting to stammer his way through an explanation that probably makes more sense in his head than spoken aloud.]

I was just... this place, and the people who are here, and who else might be taken— and Elliot and Leo don't even remember what's going on, and when we get back... well....

[A pause for breath, then a little quieter.]

I'm glad everyone's safe. You're safe.

His servant's still the same as he was fourteen years ago even when he's trying not to be. Thinking about things that can't be changed.

He curls his fingers around Gil's hand.]

We're safe. So you can stop worrying for now, Gil.

[There's a pause, then Gilbert lets out the breath he hadn't realized he was holding, his shoulders sagging slightly.]
