When: Sunday morning to evening? It's an all-day affair, but if you want to stay there till night, hey, it's cool.
Where: Cherry blossom tree hill.
Summary: Spring spring spring! The annual cherry blossoms are blooming, and they won't be there for long. Go go picnic-time!

Sunday morning- bright, without a cloud in the sky and perfect in every manner for a picnic under the cherry blossoms. Sure, the hill's a bit far if you live in the southern end of the village but hey, the weather's perfect. Time to get a-walking!

Did you bring food? ~~Can you cook?~~ Or would you, in an attempt to be generous and adventurous, set up a barbeque pit?! Try not to burn down the place now, no one would be happy.

[ She backs a way a little (really just to give him room to do what he's going to do, though she hesitates for a moment while she thinks about whether she should help him or not — but he seems to manage fine, maybe — he hasn't fallen over yet), and then she watches him, cocking her head to the side. ]

[Richard reaches up to pluck a small sprig of blossoms from a low-hanging branch, then turns to Sophie and tucks it into her hair with a smile, securing it against one of her pigtail holders so it won't fall out.]

There. It suits you perfectly.

[ She's a little confused, at first, and then she looks up in an attempt to try and see it on her head. Slowly, she grows more and more interested in it, and happier that it's there. She likes it — she enjoys having flowers in her hair. It gives her a good feeling, knowing something she loves so much is right there with her.

And she smiles at Richard. ] Thank you. I like it.

Maybe we can even find some krosophie seeds in the shops here so that we can plant them around the house. If we do that, you can wear some of those in your hair as well.

[And he's happy, happy that she seems to be more comfortable around him now, isn't afraid of him anymore.]

[ He makes it increasingly hard to be afraid of him what with all of this affection he shows her, even protecting her before in that fight. It could all be easily lost if he were to turn again, but for now, he seems safe enough (and she wants to believe that so much).

So she smiles and nods at that, getting rather hopeful now. ]

Really? We can?

[His own smile widens and he nods in response, glad that she likes this idea. It's something he's been considering for a while, but now that Sophie is here, he has even more incentive to put it into motion.]

We can plant an entire garden of our very own.

[ She perks up at that, even more excited. An entire garden? That's all their own? Their very own? Wow, that's pretty amazing and now she's really excited and hoping this will happen! ]

We can? Our own garden? [ A pause. ] A big one?

As big as you want.

[He's sure the others won't object, after all, knowing how much Sophie loves flowers. And maybe they could even plant some vegetables as well to have their own fresh produce... HE'S kind of excited at the thought, because he's never had a garden of his own before either.]

Sophie, what would you think about planting some vegetables too?

Vegetables? [ She cocks her head to the side, as if she's thinking about it, but it doesn't take her long to answer, smiling. ]

That'd be nice! What kinds of vegetables would we plant?

What kind of vegetables do you like best?

[ She thinks, for a moment, but she isn't quite sure — so she compromises. ]
