Summary: The X-Men have decided to invite some of their buddies and pals (who all coincidentally have costumed alteregos) for some Turkey Day shenanigans.

Over the past week, the X-Men have invited a variety of their friends and contacts who they knew would celebrate Thanksgiving, but wouldn't have anyone to spend it with here in Luceti because they're all jaded loners. They were all instructed to try and bring a dish with them, but it was no requirement. Nevertheless, all the traditional foods would be present, along with some delicious extras.

ooc: Characters can interact out at the table eating, over on the couches, in the one of the two spare bedrooms, or preparing food in the kitchen. Or maybe catching some cool air outside on the porch. Whatever your fancy is! Also, prose or action brackets are cool. Pick your poison.

Ororo raises an eyebrow at those feet. Really, Jubilee? There are guests!

She won't call her out on it, simply because there are guests, but Storm has her eye on you, Jubilation Lee. She's no telepath, but surely you're getting the message here.

Oh. Those are motherly disapproval vibes. Jubilee glances out of the corner of her eye, catching the look.

Her feet go down with an unfortunately loud PLUNK.

And Rogue sweeps off the newly vacated space on the table with one hand before putting Gambit's stuffing down on it with the other. There just isn't room on the kitchen table. "Just hope this isn't gonna explode," she mutters under her breath before glancing around the room in hopes of finding a vacated spot.

...she is seriously thinking about just taking her food back to her room at this point. She's not used to so many people.

Motherly disapproval vibes are appropriately and quickly replaced with approving ones! Storm turns back to whatever it is she's busy with with a satisfied nod.

... She'll come over to stand by the couch later on, though. To check and see that Jubilee hadn't tried to get away with it while her back was turned. Whether she has or hasn't, she'll still tease the younger mutant gently.

"I'll hazard a guess and say that you got your table manners from Logan?"

"You caught me." This time the feet go down before Storm starts over, landing with a perfectly soundless THWMP on the ground. She just flashes a bright grin.

"I wish I could say I was surprised."
