[Adele had caught Mac's earlier announcement about the fight and made the impulsive choice to attend, if only to socialize. Ginia and Helios were both well known and well liked; and maybe if she took the time to be out and about more often, tried to be more approachable, it would not be so bad to live here. It was far easier to ignore what she's left behind when surrounded by strangers.
