Let's get ready to rumble, boys and girls! A few quick notes:

Double check the fight roster--I moved some things around, namely matching up Firo with Homura since their respective opponents weren't able to participate. Let me know if something is amiss!

Characters who are fighting will be told their opponent's name upon arrival, and fights will proceed in the order they appear on the roster up there. Let me know if you need to be moved around for whatever reason!

Tony and Shikamaru will be policing the fights for any funny business, but fights will end when one of the participants forfeits or gets knocked out cold. So your character can get bloodied, bludgeoned, and broken and keep going if they wish! Remember, there's no magic since this is in the tunnels, and there are no weapons allowed in the fights. Just your fists, elbows, et cetera.

And should they have some owwies that need attention, Adele, Katara, Luca and Ange will be on hand to provide medical assistance. What troopers.

Spectators can interact however and whenever they want, so feel free to start a new thread for your character who is watching!

[He would put the "fictional" angle, or mention Yuuhei Hanejima but... nah. He sighs]

[There is a grin on his face. But he tried to keep his voice more neutral]

[It definitely makes the loss sting less on his end. He smirks in return, going back to his cereal.]

[He's actually proud of him for it, but he's not the type to hand out high compliments either.]

[Here he falters a bit, somewhat amazed]

Hm. [He doesn't think it was a fluke, does he? That would be troublesome.]

There's some stuff you could improve on, of course.

[He'd hope so. He can't help but think of that punch he landed. In a real fight, he would've had a blade, not just his fist.

But it's not just Masaomi's faults he's worried about.]

And the same thing can be said for me. It's a matter of fact. [His grin is more out of place here.] We should fight like that again sometime.

-Say what?

[No really, say what?]

[He shrugs - it's just a thought on his part, but...] We could both take a lot from something like that.

[Cereal finished off, Shikamaru tips his bowl to drink the milk.]

Ah. [Well, actually...] ...Maybe we could, yeah.

[And he stares at his cereal now]

Doubts? [The bowl is put down, and he wipes at his mouth with the back of his hand.] Also taking comments or concerns.

[Might as well get it out if there are any. That looks is close to pensive.]

[...Stupid sexy cereal]

...I'm strong enough to beat you.

[He could say 'I told you so'. He at least implied it once, a while back.

But no. That opinion - truth - counted for little then. It might mean more now that it's actually happened, but the actual realization does the job better. So he hums in agreement, picking at some fuzz on his pant knee.]

That means... it means with some effort, I might not be entirely eclipsed.

[Particularly if he can do something like manage those damn scrolls]

We could do more chakra exercises. [They've been working on that some. But there are other things to consider.] What kind of effort are you thinking about?
