Summary: So like, there's these people. They think they're in love. But suddenly the experiment is over and they're all like, "WHOA! I can't believe I totally made out with you!" But the other one is like, "Oh my god, gross!" and the other goes, "Come on it was awesome!" But the second one is like, "You pervert, I'ma kill you with my space lasers!" And then shit blew up and it was awesome. The End.

Okay it's after the event. Suddenly you realize you're not in love! Maybe the person you were with fell asleep next to you. Whaddya gonna do now? Awkward abounds! The village fractures! True Love loses yet again. So much for that being the strongest force of all, am I right?

[Oh, good god, this. Of course it's this. He gets out of his house and goes about town to avoid it, and it comes right back to haunt him.]

Maybe it's because I'm not--that affected. As people seem to think I should be. I've kind of been around here for awhile. I'm used to the whole Malnosso song-and-dance by now. So I'm just moving on. Surely you won't argue with that.

Like I said. Productivity. Been a slow week. Got to catch up on my projects.

[Tony is a man who can barely open up to his closest friends. He won't divulge anything to someone who is barely an acquaintance like this.]

[Obi-Wan is beginning to sense that, but he's a determined individual.]

[Granted, determination isn't sufficient, but he doesn't know that. He'll figure it out soon enough, though.]

Figures. [A light shrug.] Let's say I am deceiving you. Why on earth would you think I'd talk to you about it, anyway?

[A good question. Why had he thought Stark would talk to him? He wouldn't, of course.

"Somebody should make the offer. An entire week of having one's emotions tampered with, some would need a friend to speak to, or failing that, somebody they felt was sincere enough to trust. I wanted to make the offer nonetheless."

[He felt Stark was being fairly open now, at least. Enough so for Obi-Wan to consider. He seemed a resilient fellow. Even if everything wasn't alright, he was fairly confident it would be, now.

[He bows and begins walking away.]

[He'll let him go. Nice for a guy to be looking out for a complete stranger, but he's not about to talk about this yet. With anyone. That could take awhile. But yes. He would be alright. He's already telling himself he is.]
