Movie Marathon!

Who: Luke Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Arsene Lupin III, Ami Mizuno, Adele Leblanc, Leonardo, Gambit, and anyone else who has the desire to show up.
What: Star Wars Movie Marathon
When: February 21st to whenever its done
Where: Luke and Ben's place
Summary: Luke and Ben have decided to just end the constant cycle of confusion and actually WATCH the Star Wars movies. There is soda (gasp!) popcorn, canned tea, and all sorts of other movie related nonsense.
Rating: PG, same as the movies (Could get PG13? doubtful)

[OR IS SHE? Because she seems to be hanging around, trying to make up her mind about when to go in. Or IF to go in. Sure Star Wars is awesome, but there's a reason Fujiko avoids the conventions or fanboys. And watching it with the actual people portrayed... what if she does something totally embarrassing like... she doesn't even know yet. That's how embarrassing it could be! So thanks to her rampant paranoia, she will keep hanging around the door, maybe slipping in, maybe not. Someone just drag her in already. She brought vodka, so that's a plus, isn't it?]

I was wondering when you'd get here.

[He sounds impatient, but he's all smiles. Don't mind him as he takes the bottle of vodka from her and slinks an arm around hers.] They're cool people here. You might know a few, actually. [He nods at Robert and the Turtles, for emphasis.]

[She nods, hardly put at ease by Lupin's arm around her.]

The turtles had a movie marathon before. [She scoffs and tries to act like she was never scared or nervous in the place. Fujiko? Scared? Noooo never!] For Mikey's birthday. [Solemn note... she misses him, though not nearly as much as she's sure they do.]

Yeah, Donatello and I got talking over movies in the first place. Strange, that so many other worlds have these films...

Come on in. [He guides her closer to the interior, all the while chatting. A few words can make for a great distraction after all.] Mikey? As in Michelangelo, the Rennaissance artist? [he know, he knows~ He can't help but keep keep a joke going.]

[DEEP BREATH. She is a big girl, she can do this. Don't mind how her chest seems to inflate even more from that.]

They're not from a different world. They're from ours, silly. They just live in the sewers of New York, not like they keep up on the News. [Although Fujiko never asked about you know... Statue of Liberty pranks and the other stuff Lupin pulled in New York, and likewise they never mentioned the aliens and big things... probably because she liked pretending she'd be able to find them again someday. It made the whole thing hurt less.]

[Lupin, unfortunately, is only superficially aware of Fujiko's relationship with the Turtles. While he is one of Luceti's official stalkers, he's made it a point to not stalk his friends. Including Fujiko. Especially Fujiko. He looks at her, a dumb expression on his face as he tries to piece this revelation together.]

We've fought crazies, stolen golden subs, rescued princesses, and returned a secret to its rightful place...but I don't think I've ever heard of turtles of the sort Donatello and his brothers are existing at home. Now, maybe their world is similar...but we don't know that for sure, do we?

[This is why he doesn't want to find romance here in Luceti. He also doesn't want to think about the possiblities.]

Of course you wouldn't. Only April and Casey knew them. They lived in sewers Lupin. When was the last time you went wandering the sewers?

And it's New York City where they live. Why do you think the painters are the same. And they have all the details about Japan right. I mean, I was married to Splinter for a week. [AN AWKWARD WEEK.] It's the same world.

[Actually, they have been through sewers, but Fujiko had been amnesiac at the time. Rather than argue the point, having met people from a modern era Japan who had insisted he was an anime and all, Lupin just smiles.]

Usually, I avoid alcohol, if thats what you are implying. Deadening the senses is usually bad for a Jedi, but I've tried a few things. Still, I vastly prefer hot chocolate.

Return of the Jedi is good too. [He's seen all six] I like the older ones better than the newer ones. Don't get me wrong. It's nice to see the events leading up to the first three. But it just feels different.
