Summary: Luna urges all of the villagers to join her in welcoming the arrival of Spring by taking part in a special celebration.

[Luna stands in the center of the square, her mane and tail flowing behind her. Yes, she is a pony. Yes, she is sort of purpley-blue and kind of sparkley. Yes, she is wearing a black crown on her head and "shoes" on her hooves. And also a multi-colored tan, blue, and green vest which clashes with her complexion horribly. After a while, she nods and clears her throat, raising her right hoof in salute.]

[If anyone thinks they're going to get out of a traditional royal speech, then they are sadly mistaken. In fact, some people who didn't show up for the event might even be able to hear her booming voice.]

Greetings fair villagers!! We are Princess Luna, and we would like to thank each of you for attending the First Annual Luceti Winter Wrap Up Celebration! It is a great honor for us to be able to share a small piece of Equestrian culture with all and everycreature!

[She rears up, front hooves pointed towards the sky. Dramatic much?]

Now!! Without further ado, let us join together to take part in this glorious event! Let Winter Wrap Up begin!

[Luna lowers herself back onto all four legs and adds a moment later, in a much softer voice:] ...Oh. And, if thou hast any questions, thou art welcome to ask us.

[And at that, she frowns. What Rarity told her wasn't exactly encouraging.]

Yeah, he was a big part of it. [Geez, was that ever a mess. On so many levels.] Ah just hope he doesn't show up here, too, 'cause then we're all outta luck.

Well, even if he does show up, I'm sure we can take him!

Ah don't mean ta rain on your parade, Rainbow Dash, but unless we get Twilight an' Pinkie Pie trottin' in at the same time, Ah don't think we can beat 'im.

And why not? I mean, what's the worst he could do?

[Yikes. Dash does not like this idea one bit.]

[Nod. Those memories are not fun ones.]

We'd need all the Elements again ta beat 'im if it came down to it. He's a trickster through an' through, so it ain't easy otherwise.

Man, so it'd be like Nightmare Moon all over again.
