Summary: There are lots of trainers here in Luceti, new and old. Now let us bond.

[There are quite a number of Pokémon trainers here in Luceti, so Yellow and Ash (who is not here anymore, sadly) decided that it would be a fabulous idea to get everyone together to hang out. Get to know each other, their Pokémon... each other's Pokémon. With the new Pokémon trainers -- both those who recently received babbies as well as those who just arrived in Luceti -- this became even more necessary.

So! Gather 'round at the beach, ye pokeymanz tamers. There are a few tables set up with food for the trainers themselves, and even one covered in Pokémon food! Balls (that Eusine did not misplace in a forest) are scattered around as well, along with other play things and such.

Oh and a kickin' special arrival may take place in the middle of it.]

[He looks the axew over, thinking for a bit.]

I can train with you, once it's old enough. I'm known as the Trainer. I'll teach you what you need to know.

[dragoneer]

[Aren't...they all Pokemon trainers? Sob. He'll never keep this straight.]

So are you saying you train trainers?

[cooltrainer]

The Pokédex holders are all known for a very specific skill.

[He'll point to Red, Gold, Silver, Crystal, and Yellow, saying in that order:]

The Battler, the Breeder, the Trader, the Catcher, the Healer. I'm the Trainer. Red is the strongest battler, Gold has a gift in imprinting on Pokémon before they're born, Silver understands trading Pokémon and how to make them stronger through their learning with other people, Crystal is better at capturing wild Pokémon than anyone else, and Yellow has a very special gift.

As the Trainer, I bring out the true potential of Pokémon. And yes, I can train you to fight, too.

[dragoneer]

[...Huh. He had no idea there were so many different roles at play here. Well? He's certainly learning a lot today.]

I-I'd--I think that'd be good. I'm not much of a fighter on my own, but if I become stronger with Kyle, I think I'll be a lot better off.

[cooltrainer]

Trainers must also hone their skills, so that their hearts can be linked with their Pokémon...

[A little nostalgic chuckle.]

It's actually uncommon for Trainers to realize that they have to prepare themselves for battle, instead of just relying on the Pokémon to fight for them.

[dragoneer]

[Hmmm...] Well, if nothing else, that's something I've figured out from fighting alongside Toothless. We couldn't have done what we did without each other.

[cooltrainer]

Then you're already on the right track. All that's left is to go forward.

[dragoneer]

Right! Forward. [He grins. HE CAN TOTES HANDLE THAT.] Yeah. But...where do I begin?

[cooltrainer]

Pokémon food, playful exercise.

[dragoneer]

Gold mentioned Pokemon food...what is it, exactly? And how do you make it?

[cooltrainer]

It's feed with nutrients that nourish Pokémon. It's a balanced feed that's very highly packed with energy. Usually, it's manufactured.

Otherwise, your Pokémon will probably find the foods it wants to eat.

[dragoneer]

[He nods.] She has. Her and Toothless fight over fish a lot, actually. Must be a dragon thing.

Can I get Pokemon food at the shop, then?

[cooltrainer]

Fish is very rich in nutrients compared to most meat. Plenty of benefit to catch a number of defenseless fish that are rich in vitamins, minerals and protein instead of wasting much more energy attacking most prey animals on land.

Most likely.

[dragoneer]

[Aaaw yeah, sweet. Fish are the way to go.] Great! I'll keep that in mind. And I'll try to find some Pokemon food, too. Another starter tips?

[cooltrainer]

That should do.

[dragoneer]

Right. Oh-kay. I think I can handle that.

[cooltrainer]

[He likes you so far! Willing to work, lots of questions, not cocky hypocrite, good trainer material.]

Shouldn't be too hard.

[He offers a handshake!]

Hiccup takes his hand and shakes it, grinning.]

You think so? S-still. I'll work as hard as I can.

Good attitude. You'll do fine.

Thanks. Really, that means a lot coming from someone who really knows this stuff.

[cooltrainer]

It's not that hard. Just takes diligence and work.

[dragoneer]

Well, those, at least, I know I'm not short on. [Natural talent might be a different story, but he really is pretty good with animals.]

[cooltrainer]

You should do some exercise now.

[He gestures towards rhydon and scizor, who're sprinting back and forth through the sand.]

[dragoneer]

Oh--uh, right. What do you say, Kyle? Want to go for a run?

[The Axew chatters gleefully in response.] I'll take that as a yes. Thanks for everything.

Sure.

[Green gives Charizard a nudge, and they take off! Yeah jogging through the sand yeah]
