"I'm fine, don't worry. It's nothing too bad," Luke answered, shrugging to show it was okay. He didn't want Guy worrying over him every minute. He had already lied to him about his health after the Tower of Rem; he knew how intense Guy could be over his safety. It was a sign of thier friendship and it's strength that Guy cared so much.

But it wasn't good to worry him too much.
