[Right now his learning that about being immortal. Three years isn't long in the grand scheme of things, but it was long enough for him to get used to every injury healing right away.

He nods to Mac's last observation, looking solemn until a sly smile finds its way onto his face.]

True. But hey, I bet if you're quick enough you could get away with usin' other stuff in the ring.

Day 3

[So tempting. So, so tempting to just leave him in there. But still, he opens the door to the fridge.

And then he just can't resist it because it's just too horrible not to say it. The slow, slightly evil grin is probably fair warning.]

I know I said you could come an' chill whenever you want, homme, but this ain't exactly what I meant.

It's not a problem. [ At least this boy was nice enough to apologize. ]

I read anything, really. I've been trying some mystery lately. My friend goes to the library a lot, so she helped me pick. [ It's not like she did much aside from sit in her room, anyway. ]

Sorry. [He puts a hand over his gut. Rubbing it doesn't help, what with the armor and all.] I think it's getting better. Maybe.

[Gambit's Funhouse has stopped being so fun, in his opinion. He's managed to bounce his way to the sofa and is perched there, with an expression of mixed sullenness and thoughtfulness. And at the voice, he glances up curiously.]

Why don't it s'prise me I got visitors into the bouncy castle? [And it's some poor woman, too. He grins apologetically from the sofa.]

Take it the doors still ain't leadin' where they should?

[Cyborg pops a few of what he thinks is hard candy into his mouth. Even robot teeth is having a hard time with these.]

Trying to work on these jawbreakers, but man, these things are tough.

Just some hack wizard from Jump City. Old man knows how to be a real pain when once he gets his magic going.

Day 1

[Suddenly, Jedi. Gambit blinks, quirks an eyebrow slightly as he sees the door incident play out in full, and gives a lopsided grin. Honestly, he should just stay on this sofa for the afternoon with some popcorn and await visitors to Trampoline Land.]

"Interestin'" is only the beginnin' of it, mon ami.

Well excuse me. I just spent two hours walking across the mountains. A man's gotta have his energy.

Well, then there's no point staying. I suggest we just leave.

[ The inclusion of Luna's tail in her sweeping gesture earns a mystified expression from Susanne. Both color and texture, like flowing silk judging by its appearance, seem to match the pony's mane. That's how it should be, yes? Though she's learning not to assume anything here. ]

Now that you mention it, I do recall being told about the Malnosso's fondness for toying with their captives. It's a relief to know this is only temporary. [ She pauses to take another look at all the stars competing with the sun. ]

Might I inquire as to why you were speaking to the sky?

[...Okay, that wasn't a voice he was expecting and it's one he's not entirely sure he's glad to hear. Because he knows full well that she's still irritated with him, and... well, this is the Funhouse Closet. Or something.

In any case, he's managed to get untangled and gives an apologetic grin that may or may not come across well in the dark. He knows his eyes are lit up, but that tends to freak people out in the dark more than anything.

...Lemme guess. Door opened, led here for no reason?

Day 1

[The ensuing roar as Viral blinds the beast is deafening, but the beastman has other problems to worry about as it thrashes its multiple arms and flails in agony. He has to dodge and dodge to get away, but the sudden agitation and blood kicked up a blinding screen

He is forced to rely on instinct alone to avoid its grasp.]

Sure. Maybe we can find a place that has food instead of lava.

Day 3

Ain't exactly what I wanted~

[He scowls at his fellow scoundrel and thief.]

Care to give me a hand or are you just gonna stare all day?

[Rogue's not freaked out by his headlights. But it is too dark to make out that grin, and even if it wasn't, it would have hardly improved her temper.]

[And with great determination she turns around to leave. Again. And again. And again.]

[Soft sigh. The fact that she's having no luck with trying to leave is hardly reassuring. He really, really hopes that they're not going to be stuck here for a week. Company aside, there's no food or water in here.]

Seems like. I was tryin' to get outta here for a few minutes 'fore you walked in.

[The Malnosso really do not have a good sense of humor, in his opinion.]

[But here, have a hand anyway. It's not like he'd be able to withstand that amount of cold very well himself.]

Not, perhaps, the best way to find out if she can kick the closet down, and the density and retention of the closet, but she is stuck in a small space, and stuck in it with him, and she is not happy.
