[After spending some time wandering around, asking people if they've seen any young children around, Yuri comes back to the house. He's pretty hungry, so maybe he should throw something together for himself. Does he even know how to cook? ... But that line of internal questioning goes away when he walks in and sees that annoying girl making use of the kitchen.

... What the hell is she making, anyway. It almost looks like she's just throwing any old thing together. Well, in the best interest of the kitchen itself, Yuri will walk over.]

[And Rita will look over her shoulder to see... oh it's him. She had been pretty frustrated with herself, him, and the situation yesterday. But despite all that, she couldn't bring herself to be mad at him for some reason. This puzzles her.]

I'm cooking, what does it look like? What are you doing?

[There is an interesting smell coming from the oven, as well as something frying in a pan on the stove top. There are cook books but Rita figured she didn't need them, even if they are sitting on the counter. She had tried staring at them earlier.]

Trying to figure out why you're calling this mess you're making "cooking", that's what.

H-hey! I'm supposed to be a cooking pro! People come from miles around to try my dishes. So you should be grateful that I'm cooking for you!

[Of course there is no guarantee you'll live through it.]

Yeah, I didn't exactly have to fight my way through any crowds to get here. Not to mention, a "cooking pro" wouldn't be totally destroying whatever ... thing she's trying to make.

[Is... is he insulting her? That's... so mean! She's not sure whether to be really angry or to just... No, she's got to stick up for herself. She doesn't have to take this! Now might be a good time to retry that magical power her fists are supposed to have. So the girl will whirl around to try and swing her first at Yuri again.

She tries to be a bit more sneaky about it this time, but she's not exactly a pro fist fighter here.]

[The sneakiness does pay off for her! A little, at least. She does graze the side of his face with that move, since he doesn't manage to move out of the way entirely in time. Too bad he's a little too pissed off with what she just did to realize that he's actually pretty good at reading people's movements to draw any conclusions from that.

... Also, he really does not sound happy at this point. Especially since this is the second time she's tried this. Geez, he's just treating her the same way she's treating him -- sheesh!]

Hey, what the hell is your problem?!

[Oh no it didn't work! He's really quick too.]

M-my problem? ... You're my problem! Why do you have to be so mean?

[Well the card did say if it didn't work it was cause she didn't hit him hard enough. ... So, "Rita" tries it again, swinging her fist to hit him... anywhere. And if it doesn't work/hit she'll try multiple times.

However, she can't shake this feeling that this is... wrong somehow.]

[That first swing is dodged, and when she tries for another, Yuri decides he's had enough. Sorry "Rita", he's walking away from you and heading to his room.]

You have to wonder about that? [What a violent, annoying little--] Stay the hell away from me, or I will be a problem.

["Rita" watches him go, clearly frustrated.]

I-I'm just doing what it says on the card...

[And she hangs her head. Things are just not going well for her at all. Whether he hears her or not, she decides she needs to get out and... do something else.]
