EVENT LOG - Amnesia again

Who: Anyone
What: Wait, I think I remember, it's- it's- nope.
When: Until the end of the event!
Where: Here. I like it here.
Summary: Well, it's complicated.
Rating: I can't remember

As requested, here's a second round of the log to help ease the first one from CAPTCHA land. Use this to set up new threads if you like!
risingshepard: Smiling Shepard. (Not bad at all.)

[Then a bit of a grin to Mordin himself, as she motions to the thief.] Wouldn't say that I brought him here...more like he must've come along on his own for practice. This is Lupin, by the way...careful, he might just snatch something from your lab without you noticing.
redjacketthief: @ narben (derp-- not sure if right)

[....

Not human.

That was the first thought that zipped through his hazy memory as he regarded Mordin for the first time, but he kept his respect and offered a short bow in return. He couldn't say how or why he did it--the card gave no hint--but for some reason it felt like it could work in that setting.

He pulled out two notes, one for each of the strangers. Mordin received this note while Shepard's said the following:]

it doesn't feel normal to not talk. do you have an explanation?

[Because he was wary, but any shred of information was better than none.]

"World's Greatest Thief"? [He scoffs.] Unlikely. Not in his condition.
risingshepard: Shepard, really nonplussed. Or just browing you. :| (Not amused.)

Okay maybe not

[Hmm. Now that she looks at it, it is strange. Lupin's normally really mouthy--no, maybe that wasn't the right word for it. Talkative...yeah, that sounds better. It makes her quirk a brow.]

...A shift, maybe? I don't think there was ever a case where someone suddenly lost their voice, unless an accident was involved.

[Then she peeks at Mordin. Well, that didn't take long.] ...That obvious to you, huh?

redjacketthief: @ narben (unsure-- what?)

[He raised an eyebrow at Shepard, hoping that it was indeed one of those Shifts that he heard about. Not having a voice was too annoying to be
'normal' for him--what ever normal amounted to in the absence of memories-- and he had seen no evidence of injury that would have caused it.

Mordin's comment, and Shepard's agreement, raised far more pressing questions:]

what are you two talking about?
