Summary: Several people have received simple, written invitations asking them to meet at the rec center for a proposal.

[This is the log in which Shikamaru collects people and they get to talking about the task at hand for disseminating information, and possibly recruits them into the agency thereafter if they're still interested. People will likely be showing up at different times, so he speaks to everyone one-on-one instead of in a group.

The proposal will be offered to each character who shows up casually - no hard feelings whatever you decide to do - but with firmness. This is a group that will be dedicated to intelligence research and analysis, not information gathering. It's nothing flashy or exciting, but he expects discretion and it's a job that shouldn't be taken lightly. Those who accept the offer will be told things should be up and running withing two weeks.]

It's just a matter of setting up secure drop-off points, and getting people interested enough to contribute to them. [And trusting enough that it won't be put to bad use, which he'll see to it that it won't.]

Information gathering will be left up to everyone else. If anyone in the organization wants to do it, it's fine. But it'll be on their own time. As a group, we'll just be sticking to the facts.
