Like Snickers

Who: Anyone from this list.
What: A meeting
When: November 15th, anytime between 6-10 PM
Where: The Rec Center
Summary: Several people have received simple, written invitations asking them to meet at the rec center for a proposal.
Rating: B for Business-Casual

[This is the log in which Shikamaru collects people and they get to talking about the task at hand for disseminating information, and possibly recruits them into the agency thereafter if they're still interested. People will likely be showing up at different times, so he speaks to everyone one-on-one instead of in a group.

The proposal will be offered to each character who shows up casually - no hard feelings whatever you decide to do - but with firmness. This is a group that will be dedicated to intelligence research and analysis, not information gathering. It's nothing flashy or exciting, but he expects discretion and it's a job that shouldn't be taken lightly. Those who accept the offer will be told things should be up and running withing two weeks.]

[ooc: because so many people ended up included, the way this organization will work needed to be re-tooled a little (hence why this is a day late). I've written up an in-depth look at how the agency will operate to clarify everything (please read it!), as well as created a new community ([community profile] luceti_analysts) that anyone is welcome to track/join.]

[Molly's expression is still stuck on skeptical.]

Well, I'm not going to go try and prove every dumb blonde joke you've ever heard, but what makes you think I'm suited for intelligence work?

[Molly blinked slowly - well. Yes. Sometimes she did that. But something about the confident way he said that brought her mind back to her journal posts, and all she'd been trying to discover...

Denial flickered through her mind for a second, and Molly dismissed it. She didn't like lying, and would avoid it if she had any other choice. Besides...

That'd be a poor way to start out if she was going to work with him.]

Well, I am the oldest of seven kids. I've got to be open to possibilities.

Then thanks, I guess. But it doesn't answer my question.
