Summary: Masaomi asked Katara out. She said yes after the draft. He gave her some time to settle, and then offered a time for it to happen - she accepted,and here we are.

[Aaaand here. We. Go. He considered just wearing that same suit, but that might have been a tired thing. He could have put on something the Prince would wear -- he even considered it -- but thought better of it. In the end, the settled for something like this, but with less obnoxious socks and the dress pants from the suit instead of Jeans. He still thinks he looks nice, but now he doesn't look overly nice! Or demanding!

Man he's confident but it's possible he under-dressed. Oh Well. Knock, one arm behind his back]

Convention - a place where a bunch of people get together because of a shared interest. [Pause to chew some broccoli] In this case, t's people focusing on "enclosures."

Mmmhm. Civilians - specifically, mostly ones born in this world if the wing's mean anything - who've only heard about us on the news or whatever 'net they have out there, decided that they wanted to know what our lives were like. Soooo, seems they opted to create some fiction to figure it out.

I saw a few with people in super suits like Daisy's, and a lot of vampire romance, for better or worse.

But we've done that - had that here already, I mean.

Ah, and I've seen magic and bending and thought I'd lived in worlds outside my imagination. We've had love and loss and all trappings of romance, too. [He says this with a coy little smile, leaning towards her a little, but with his chopstick pointed at his chest] And yet, for all these things we've experienced, it's still something some of us dream about, isn't it?
