The lights from the town were beginning to blur together. Luke blinked several times to regain his vision, but it was fading fast. Pushing himself desperately to his hands and knees, he clenched his teeth to hold in a pained noise. His side throbbed as more blood trickled from the wound there.

"Don't... pass out," Luke berated himself. He willed his eyes to stay open and he made another attempt to crawl for the village. No luck. He cringed and fell over again. He wasn't goign anywhere anymore.

He'd just have to sit and wait for Haseo to find him. Or Guy to stumble across him. Either one. It was clear someone was going to have to save him. Again.
