[Pilouette carefully sneaks about, looking through Abyssmal's things. She was fortunate to be able to con her way into his employ, sure that anything she could find would be beneficial to the PAWNGOLAS.

She's made sure to try and keep track of when he arrives to and leaves lab, but life is unpredictable and perhaps even the tightest schedules can change.]

[Poor, poor Pilouette. You thought you had him figured out, that you'd cracked the secret to his schedule.

But you made one fatal flaw: Jade Curtiss bases his schedule around the rule of drama.

The light will flick on abruptly. And there's Abyssmal, wearing a trenchcoat over his armor, looking none too pleased. He already has a revolver in his hand.]

Forget something, Pilouette?

[Surprised, she whips around to face him and mentally scolds herself for being caught. The rule of drama. The same rule that forces her...to state the obvious in a dramatic tone.]

Y-You...! I-I mean, Sir.

...I didn't expect you to be here.

Oh? [He raises an eyebrow as he steps forward dramatically, a gleam in the gun matching the one in his glasses.]

Then please, enlighten me. [He says as he casually waves his gun to the side.] Who did you expect here, at this hour?

[She glances off to the side, nervously. She's in a real spot here. One mistake could end it. She needs a cover story, quick.]
