[So you know Luceti at night is a hive of scum and villainry, right? Of course you do, party much everyone does. Now, of course there are bigger problems - her dad, that monocled guy, competing crime mafias - but there's also just the odd villainous evil twin with a weirdly complicated backsory who's in it because it's a growth industry. Evil, that is.

This is one of those people. He's also dressed like this, except with robotic hands (a shift affliction from his last mission) and a half-robotic skull (which is actually just tinfoil wrapped around his head because the props department was cheap).

And currently, his evil plan involves using a shovel and some other stuff from the item shop to dig a relatively deep pitfall trap at the entrance to Luceti's school. So he can injure or at least prank children. It's so evil - time consuming, but evil.]
