[After a lot of preparation, opening night for Luceti's newest club is finally here. The music is loud and insistent, the kind where you have to shout a bit to be heard above the noise. Flashing, moving lights above reveal the purple decor, mostly devoid of chairs, and plenty of room to dance. A well stocked bar should be able to provide liquid courage to anyone too nervous to shake there groove-thang sober, while a patio out back affords a space for anyone wanting to have more intimate (or just quieter) interactions. There's also a coat room, for anyone looking for a warmer spot for intimate interactions.

The doors open at seven, and will stay open until two am-- plenty of time to drink, dance, talk and generally have a good time. When the DJs aren't spinning, a house mix is put on, so there's never a quiet moment.]

[Modest is not entirely a word Wanda understands. For some reason, she's equated it with "religious" in her head.]

Well-- nothing wrong with that. My family is kind of-- modest, but I don't always remember, or get things right. ... I guess I'm not very good at it.

[Eleanor looks at Wanda, then down at herself, then shakes her head as she looks back.]

Even if I...were able to convince myself to try, I don't have the figure for it, Wanda.

[She's never going to be curvy. Well, maybe if she let herself get fat but that wasn't going to happen.]

The... figure... Oh! [There you go. She finally figured it out.] ... That's not true. This kind of dress looks good on anyone...! You just have to get it to stay up [she points at the top hem line,] and down [pointing to the lower] where it's supposed to. ... your body is fine!

Anyway. This place seems to be a success.

[Wanda looks around, happily.] ... it does, doesn't it? I'm so happy... I hope people continue to come back. ... This evening, at least, is turning out to be wonderful!

Well...if they have fun, they'll probably come back, right? And it seems rather obvious to me everyone is having fun...

[She waves a hand vaguely at the crowd.]

Yeah.... yeah! That makes sense. You're right. [Wanda is so easily lead.]

[Eleanor smiles.]

so...do you want to dance?

Yes. ... Let's! [She grins, feeling so happy with the world right now. Sure there's a lot of bad, heavy shit out there, still, but none of it is in her mind right now. Right now, she has a friend, and she has dancing. What more could she ask for.

She will take Eleanor by the hand, if the other girl doesn't pull away, and take them both out to groove like idiots on the dance floor.]
