[After a lot of preparation, opening night for Luceti's newest club is finally here. The music is loud and insistent, the kind where you have to shout a bit to be heard above the noise. Flashing, moving lights above reveal the purple decor, mostly devoid of chairs, and plenty of room to dance. A well stocked bar should be able to provide liquid courage to anyone too nervous to shake there groove-thang sober, while a patio out back affords a space for anyone wanting to have more intimate (or just quieter) interactions. There's also a coat room, for anyone looking for a warmer spot for intimate interactions.

The doors open at seven, and will stay open until two am-- plenty of time to drink, dance, talk and generally have a good time. When the DJs aren't spinning, a house mix is put on, so there's never a quiet moment.]

Thank you... Bulla made it for me. She's-- great. [It's a side most people don't get to see, mostly for fear of being told she can't go dancing any more. But there's no one here to tell her what to do, so there's no one to tell her she can't dance.] Have you been here long?

I'm surprised you're not into parties. ... You seems so-- friendly. [Friendly people like to be around other people, right?]

Hey, you can be friendly and not like parties.

That's not exactly it, though. I... like parties, kinda. But I like my own space, too, so I can only handle them for so long before I get sick of the crowds. I'm an introvert like that.

Introvert, introvert... My brother calls me that. ... I'm not sure if it's true, though. ... I'm camera shy, but-- I don't think that's the same thing.

No, not really. Introvert's like... people who feel more energized when they're on their own. It's not that we don't like being around people, it's just that it gets really tiring really fast. The opposite's an extrovert who gets energized with people. So if getting out and socializing with your friends is what gets you excited then that's more like you.

Hmm... I don't know if I've had enough experience doing both to... really say. I like to be around... friends, but... I need time to center myself.

[She considers.]

Like you said, though-- there's nothing wrong with being an introvert.

Nothing wrong with either. And some people are a bit of both, anyway. Don't sweat the labels.

[He doesn't disagree with her, exactly, but he's unsure about the prospect of accidentally starting another disagreement about powers and mutantkind and- whatever else he could accidentally start a fight about, so he just nods vaguely and sips at his drink.]

[Wanda will take that "Mm" to mean "Yes, of course, I agree 100%, being a mutant is the best thing anyone could ever hope for and we're both so lucky to be counted among their numbers YAAAAAY". Because what else could it mean?]

[The relief might show on his expression, though he tries to hide it. He sets his glass aside and offers a hand out, smiling faintly.]

[Gesturing to the dance floor with her head, Wanda wordlessly moves back out among the masses of bodies, her hips starting to switch, and her arms going up as she does. Yes. The time for dancing is now. Her dancing style is somewhat reminiscent of belly dancing, with how she isolates and rotates various sections of her body, but definitely keeping up with the more modern music. She grins while she dances. She can't help it. It is one of the few places she feels completely unrestrained, and it's just... wonderful.]

[Dancing at a club with his mom. There's something Billy never thought he'd do, ever. But she's not his mom, not really, and they're here to have fun, so after a moment of bewildered "what is my life", he goes ahead and lets loose, moving with her and letting the music carry him away. It's been way too long since he just had fun with people who weren't Teddy, so this is long overdue and he intends to enjoy it.]
