[After a lot of preparation, opening night for Luceti's newest club is finally here. The music is loud and insistent, the kind where you have to shout a bit to be heard above the noise. Flashing, moving lights above reveal the purple decor, mostly devoid of chairs, and plenty of room to dance. A well stocked bar should be able to provide liquid courage to anyone too nervous to shake there groove-thang sober, while a patio out back affords a space for anyone wanting to have more intimate (or just quieter) interactions. ~~There's also a coat room, for anyone looking for a warmer spot for intimate interactions.~~

The doors open at seven, and will stay open until two am-- plenty of time to drink, dance, talk and generally have a good time. When the DJs aren't spinning, a house mix is put on, so there's never a quiet moment.]

Not by the technical definition, but yeah I got powers and people who hate me for existing, so I got the other qualifications, just not that x-gene.

Not familiar with Teddy. Old Jughead there though, I suppose in the most basic sense, sure. But, I'm not a tool like him.

Yeah... shape shifters tend to do that, kinda a thing for them to blend in with people.

Oh. ... Yeah. That's true. [Herp. Derp. She shakes her head.] I don't know why they do that, though. ... all the shape shifters I've met are much better looking in their real bodies.

Not particularly an area of expertise for me. I imagine it has something to do with being comfortable in the skin you are born in, plus the whole blending in with society that tends to enjoy nothing more than a good lynching.

[He is actually insanely jealous of shape shifters. If he could change how he looked underneath the mask, he certainly would in a flash]

[After he takes a couple of breaths and stops laughing, he sort of gestures as he talks, waving his hand as he explains]

Don't worry about it Wanda, not everyone can have my way with words and phrases. Actually, I can't think of any other than me. Well, also the me's in different universes and times I suppose would count as well, but they are essentially me, but with slight variations and such. I wonder if there is a Catpool? I mean, Dogpool exists, so it stands to reason a Catpool could exist. Heh... Wolverine kitty.

Hah!! [Wanda burst out with a laugh, then immediately covers her mouth.] Oh my god, he can't like that!

He generally likes the type with the stick and the balls, less so the swimming portion being weighed down somewhat by his adamantium skeleton. Yeah, he's stabbed me in the face and head more than a few times.

[Wanda is about to proudly mention how her father took advantage of that particular trait of Wolverine's, but she's distracted by the face stabbing.]

... You seem still alive. And. ... Un-stabbed. Do you have a healing factor?
