[After a lot of preparation, opening night for Luceti's newest club is finally here. The music is loud and insistent, the kind where you have to shout a bit to be heard above the noise. Flashing, moving lights above reveal the purple decor, mostly devoid of chairs, and plenty of room to dance. A well stocked bar should be able to provide liquid courage to anyone too nervous to shake there groove-thang sober, while a patio out back affords a space for anyone wanting to have more intimate (or just quieter) interactions. ~~There's also a coat room, for anyone looking for a warmer spot for intimate interactions.~~

The doors open at seven, and will stay open until two am-- plenty of time to drink, dance, talk and generally have a good time. When the DJs aren't spinning, a house mix is put on, so there's never a quiet moment.]

[One kamikaze coming right up. Ginia pulls down vodka and triple sec from the shelf and fresh limes from the fridge. Given the chance, Ginia likes using fresh ingredients, so she'll cut and squeeze lime juice, mix and shake with vodka and triple sec, strain into a glass, and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy.]

[Oh, Ginia, you're a bartender after Norma's heart. She watches the crafting of her drink with deep intrigue and a huge grin, kicking her legs back and forth at her seat - that's the way to do it!]

That looks awesome, thanks a lot! [And now to take a testing sip--] Ooooh, and it tastes awesome, too!

[Ginia bows her head and offers a smile as she wipes her hands off and quickly tidies up. Another satisfied customer.]

[Huh, not much of a talker this one, is she? And of course, Norma leaps before she thinks, and opens her mouth to say--]

Jeez, cat got your tongue or something?

[Norma's words don't even phase her. She's heard the exact words enough that they roll off her. Ginia types out a response on her phone, her expression unchanged.]

I'm mute.

Oh. S-Sorry.

[...Well, shit. Way to go, Norma, you are a total winner this round.

Looking the picture of "awkward turtle", Norma purses her lips, around the rim of her glass and takes a long sip of it. She's well aware she messed up, but after a moment, she kind of just rolls with it. That's just how she is, never one to take things too seriously for too long.]

How'd--uh...how'd that happen, anyway?

[Ginia smiles and gives a light wave of her hand. Really, it's no problem at all, she's used to it. Maybe a bit too much, but as long as there are new people around, it's a question she'll have to answer.]
