[After a lot of preparation, opening night for Luceti's newest club is finally here. The music is loud and insistent, the kind where you have to shout a bit to be heard above the noise. Flashing, moving lights above reveal the purple decor, mostly devoid of chairs, and plenty of room to dance. A well stocked bar should be able to provide liquid courage to anyone too nervous to shake there groove-thang sober, while a patio out back affords a space for anyone wanting to have more intimate (or just quieter) interactions. There's also a coat room, for anyone looking for a warmer spot for intimate interactions.

The doors open at seven, and will stay open until two am-- plenty of time to drink, dance, talk and generally have a good time. When the DJs aren't spinning, a house mix is put on, so there's never a quiet moment.]

[He tries to squeeze her hand reassuringly as he carries her towards her bedroom.]

There is us! We must stay at hand to ensure that you sleep properly, Adela-san.

[Actually they probably could, considering that the other three bedrooms in the apartment are unoccupied.]

... You mean tha'...? [She returns the squeeze, glancing up at Lee questioningly.]

I do mean that. We must secure your wellbeing!

[He looks up towards Jean sharply.]

What if an incident occurs?! We need to be here to help her if so!

[He remembers every time he got drunk - no scratch that, every time he had a slight sip of alcohol. Gai-Sensei would always stay with him when he was calmed down and ensure that he went to sleep alright. If Lee was going to be like Gai-Sensei, he knew he had to be strong enough to be there for someone else in an alcohol-related peril!]

[Another glance at Adela in Lee's arms confirms his lack of confidence in her well-being if left alone. What if she starts blowing chunks again? A grumbling sigh.]

We can stay in the other bedrooms, so we're nearby if she needs any help, and we can take turns checking on her. [Again, they probably don't both need to stick around, but it would be weirder if only one of them stayed. In a girl's apartment. Alone.]

[The words are mumbled and soft as she relaxes, glancing away from both of them. That's before she tries to move towards her own room, or at least indicate the right direction for Lee to go in. More than anything else, she's tired by then.]

[He nods at Jean.]

That is a sound strategy.

[And yeah... he's going to keep a hold on and move towards her room, not letting her go until she can be safely deposited in her bed.]

Think nothing of it, Adela-san. It is just a simple duty of friendship!

I'm not going to be an asshole and abandon you when you're like this.

[As Lee steps into the indicated bedroom, Jean will just...hang back in the doorway, watching the pair to make sure everything's under control.]

[She just hums, starting to nod off before arranging herself so that she can get herself under the blankets. She doesn't waste any time getting situated as she normally would in bed, even if it feels a little too warm in there then. But... Lee and Jean are still there, that's important...]

[He watches the Adela cautiously after releasing her into the bed.]

Are you alright? Do you require more blankets? Are you freezing?!

[While Lee buries her beneath questions, he'll duck out to find her a glass of water. The apartment layout is identical to his own, so it won't take him long to come back, striding over to her bed and setting the glass down on the nightstand.]

It's probably too late to ward off the hangover that's coming your way, but drink this anyway. You need it.

[She takes a second to drink down the water, a little out of it before shaking her head and resting on the pillow once the glass is set back down.]

No... I 'm warm...

Very well, then. Will... that be all?

[Regardless of her answer, he'll remind her:] If you need anything else...we'll be around.

[When Adela drifts off to sleep it's with a smile on her face, though the edges of her lips drop into something more peaceful after a few minutes.]

[He gives just a slight tug on the blanket to make sure she's covered enough.]

You are most welcome. Have a youthful rest, Adela-san! [He gives her a thumbs up while her eyes are still open and then he leaves the room, before turning to Jean.]

By the way... What is your name?

Night. [With a nod toward Adela, and then he's quick to follow Lee out, leaving the door ajar.]

Jean. Jean Kirstein.

So that is your name. It is a pleasure to meet you in person. And as for me... I am Konoha's Beautiful Green Wild Beast, Rock Lee. [Somehow, he manages an indoor voice.]

[The hell kind of nickname is that...] Yeah, we don't make a bad team.

Now I don't know about you, but I'm beat. Mind if I take this one? [Pointing to the nearest empty bedroom.]

An excellent team! [He pumps his fist dramatically.]

You may take whatever bedroom is to your pleasing. Just remember... We should check on her every now and then, and make sure that she only sleeps on her side!

Right. We're not off duty yet.

[He tends to be a light sleeper, so he expects to wake up once or twice over the course of the night, especially if he's in an unfamiliar room.]
