Snow Fight!

[misterbrief]

Who: EVERYONE.
What: Snowball free-for-all.
When: February 25th, during the Harvest Moon Valentine's Event!
Where: The road and the area between Houses 16, 19, and 27
Summary: Who knows how it started, but there's a war being waged in the street- and you've just been tagged a few times by a snowball. Join in on the fun, seek revenge, or just try to get out of the fray! Maybe make a new friend or two, you never know what will happen with those Heart Meters!
Rating: S for snow.



It was a calm day until someone decided to be a little mischievous. But accidents do happen, and one snowball lead to another until a full out war started in the middle of the village. Everyone for themselves, pelting each other, dragging the poor passerby into the chaos with either a well aimed or not-so-well aimed snowball.

Yup! That's all there is to it! It's a lot of fun once you get started.

[There are a few moments when she simply stares, still uncertain before she scoops up some snow and packs it to a ball. Then, quite plainly, she throws it at Karis.

...

This is supposed to be fun?]

[Adela, what have you done.

Karis watches the snowball smack into her, not really bothering on trying to move out of the way. She stares, for a moment, silent until...]

THE ENEMY HAS RETURNED FIRE! [Here we go.] THE BATTLE HAS NOW BEGUN!

[Have a snowball lobbed right back at ya' Adela, at least this one isn't aimed for the face.]

[GACK! She's going to try and get out of the way, though that fails and the snowball hits her in the side. Adela is quick to try and scoop more snow together though, with the hope of nailing Karis with the ball she's making.]

[Well, she certainly isn't scrambling to get another snowball together, especially when she's trying to hold in her laughter, so she's open enough to where the snowball does hit its target. Of course, that means Karis must retaliate with her own! This snowball's a little bit bigger than the last one, and it's aimed for Adela's shoulder.]

[It gets her neck partially, prompting a high squeak from her before she shakes it off and tries to nail Karis again. By then she's getting more into it, watching around her and trying to hit other people as well.

At least she seems to be having some fun with this by then.]

[Mission accomplished! All that's left now are to win as many battles as possible.

As well as get behind some cover, for that snowball gets her in the shoulder. So much for dodging, but at least she's diving behind the nearest snow dune now.

Ah, cover, the perfect place for Karis to get pelted in the face with snow as she's peeking her head over it, snowball in hand that's ready to be thrown.]

[There are a few high noises from her as she gets pelted with snow, but it seems like targeting Karis is the furthest thing from her mind then - especially now that she's gotten involved in quite a few other snowball fights.

Which means her back is turned and the perfect opportunity to nail Adela with yet more snow has arrived!]

[To Karis, a distracted target meant that it was time to bust out a bit of magic.

The snowball in hand is going to end up as a pile of slush on the ground instead of trying to end up on the back of Adela's head, but what's one snowball compared to a small brigade of them?

A floating brigade that is. All of them which will be sent flying off in Adela's direction with just a flick of the wrist.]

[Congratulations, Karis. She's buried in snow before jumping out from the pile and looking around frantically. What in the hell did that!?]

[This certainly gives Karis a good laugh.]

Oh archmages! That was perfect! [She's too busy laughing to try and chuck another snowball at Adela, this would be an excellent time for a good snowball pelting.]

[Karis?

You're getting three snowballs right to the face. Half out of her being mad and part of them still playing the game.]

[Well that made Karis shut her trap with just one of those snowballs nailing her right in the mouth.

She's wiping snow off her face and spitting it out of her mouth, as that was certainly unexpected.] Okay, that was just-- [She's not going to finish her sentence, as she's too busy trying to quickly scoop up another snowball to retaliate with.]

Merely playing the game! [She's going to do her best to not give Karis a chance to retaliate, clumping snow together into balls to try and throw them at the other as quickly as she physically can.]

[Dodge Karis! Dodge!

Well she definitely isn't going to retaliate anytime soon, not while she's trying to keep Adela's snowballs from reaching their target by dancing around them like a buffoon. She'll fail to dodge with some of them, all while keeping what little snow she gathered up.]

All right, it's time to up the ante a bit! [She's got a plan!]
