Snow Fight!

[misterbrief]

Who: EVERYONE.
What: Snowball free-for-all.
When: February 25th, during the Harvest Moon Valentine's Event!
Where: The road and the area between Houses 16, 19, and 27
Summary: Who knows how it started, but there's a war being waged in the street- and you've just been tagged a few times by a snowball. Join in on the fun, seek revenge, or just try to get out of the fray! Maybe make a new friend or two, you never know what will happen with those Heart Meters!
Rating: S for snow.



It was a calm day until someone decided to be a little mischievous. But accidents do happen, and one snowball lead to another until a full out war started in the middle of the village. Everyone for themselves, pelting each other, dragging the poor passerby into the chaos with either a well aimed or not-so-well aimed snowball.

[Way to go Vash, shouting out your plan. Sadly it won't work with Seventeen. He dodges the first one and pushes himself away with a nice leap of a side step.]

It's not a change of tactic if you're shouting about it! [What's bad is he's even crossing his arms like he's waiting for something.]

Oh yeah, I guess you're right! HAAAA HAHAHAHA! [Vash laughs loudly. As if he was in on a joke somehow.

Hm, this may require more snowballs. He pauses in his attack to stock up.]

[Is this guy even serious? Whatever, he began to make snowballs too, and by some like four to fit in his arms.]

[Serious? Vash? Not right now, no. Not even in the slightest, but he's sure acting like he is. Once he's got a nice stack of roughly six to seven snowballs he starts to throw them as quickly as he possibly can.]

[Congrats Vash, you're still fooling him. He's giving Vash some time to make his snowballs. Four feels enough for this guy. Now its the waiting game as he casually tosses and catches his snowball in the air.]

[Vash throws his stack of snowballs as quickly as he possibly can at the idle Seventeen. Aiming a weak attempt to knock the snowball Seventeen was tossing up and down casually out of his hands.]

[Even though it was weak, Vash was able to knock out the snowball Seventeen carelessly tossed to the air. Which also gave him a delayed alert of Vash's counter attack. Again he dodged a couple while cuddling the remaining snowballs against his chest. A couple snowballs grazed his clothes.

Okay, time to play. After Vash's counter, Seventeen side stepped tossing his remaining three as if they were bullets. He didn't stop there, he continued to circle around Vash scooping up two more snowballs and threw them at the same time on the other side just about anywhere on him.]

[Vash attempts to dodge a few of those snowballs, but eventually one hits and it hits fairly hard.] Ouch! Wow! You have a scarily strong throw there, mister! That one hurt!

My apologies, that one slipped. [Bull excuse, but he still says it in a calm manner.] Although, you didn't do bad dodging those. You're not holding it out on me now.

Hm? Holding out? What good would that do me? Besides get a face full of snow. [The good would be that he feels a bit more human. Less likely to scare of bring people to question just who and what he is. At least back home. Here he just felt it was best not to lay out all his cards on a table for a simple snowball fight.

One never knew what a shift would do to someone. Best to keep a few secrets when one could.]

Wish I had the arm you did though!

[You and this one both, but he does like some challenges along the way. Hearing that response, Seventeen shrugs. He's not one to provoke to for entertainment pleasure. And from experience, he's learned one that doesn't show are more than just talk.] Suit yourself.

It can be a drag to maintain. [Like trying not to exert power.] But I suppose it's serves a purpose. [Like fighting and all.]

Still up for another round?

[Vash brushes himself off.] I'm not sure I'm following you with what to maintain, but yeah, I could be up for another round if you'd like.

[Oh good, because he's has another plan. And don't worry Vash, you don't need to know about his cyborg side. Seventeen starts out making one snowball and begins to roll it up. Actually, he's going a little more faster at the rolling than usual for that one particular snowball. In fact, it quickly grows to quite a large snowball to a size of a human. In this case, probably taller than Vash. The good news is, he's not really cheating. After he gets his snowball done, he holds it over his head proud with that grin on his face.]

[Vash starts making his first few snowballs as Seventeen begins making his giant one so he doesn't notice right away. Yet, he can't ignore it when he turns towards the android with a ball of snow in hand.]

Ah! Hahahaha! You know, if you wanted to make snowmen instead you could have told me... right? [Only the man isn't stopping. But it's okay because if he probably won't be able to life it! Right?

Oh crap.]

THAT'S GOT TO BE CHEATING OR SOMETHING! [Vash tosses his snowball at Seventeen without aiming. Too busy trying to run for the nearest building or tree to hide under.]

Nope, it's all fair game! Just bigger. [That snowball hits him but he doesn't pay attention to it. Besides, this is fair game compared to what else he could do. He tossed it to the air headed to Vash shooting in basketball.]

[Vash tries to outrun it, but without using his super speed it just isn't going to happen. The ball hits him, exploding into snow, leaving the man bowled over and buried in snow.] AHHH! It's cold! So cold! I hope you don't play this rough with the kids!?

It is snow. [Oh man, so much grinning as he walks up to the buried Vash with hands in the pockets. He shrugged when he responded.] Only if they can handle. It's no fun when it ends quickly.

[Vash slowly pulls himself up and out of the snow pile. Nearly falling onto his face once before he gets up. Clumps of snow still clinging in his hair.] Well, so long as you're not picking on kids as that's some amazing strength you have there, mister. You made it look like that thing weighed nothing at all! Although my head knows very well that it was actually very heavy.

[Was Seventeen paying attention while Vash crawled out, probably not. While Vash was talking, Seventeen already began to walk away with one hand up in the air waving.] I'm done. Getting bored already.

You bury me and snow... and get bored. Sorry I wasn't more entertaining then.

[Um yeah, he's leaving now. Sorry Vash.]

[Vash doesn't mind too much. He's already starting to get pretty chilly.]

Yeah... I'll keep that in mind. [As he heads home to warm up a bit.]
