Snow Fight!

Who: EVERYONE.
What: Snowball free-for-all.
When: February 25th, during the Harvest Moon Valentine's Event!
Where: The road and the area between Houses 16, 19, and 27
Summary: Who knows how it started, but there's a war being waged in the street- and you've just been tagged a few times by a snowball. Join in on the fun, seek revenge, or just try to get out of the fray! Maybe make a new friend or two, you never know what will happen with those Heart Meters!
Rating: S for snow.



It was a calm day until someone decided to be a little mischievous. But accidents do happen, and one snowball lead to another until a full out war started in the middle of the village. Everyone for themselves, pelting each other, dragging the poor passerby into the chaos with either a well aimed or not-so-well aimed snowball.

[The little ones are dodged as best as he can, even though they are admittedly a little hard to see since the white blends in with the terrain, so a few manage to get him. He's not letting the huge snowman-midsection ones hit them though, punching through one of them. It still explodes, covering him completely in snow, spitting out some of it that managed to get in his mouth.]

Alright, alright, you've made your point. Vegeta. Now hand me a few of those snowballs- let's make sure this woman learns what it is to mess around with the wrong people, shall we?

[Don't worry guys, that was just the first wave, and she's packing another small channel for the second. Karis is ready to launch another volley, but waiting to see what sort of return fire is in store for her first.]

[endgames]

On it.

[FIRST UP ARE THE SPLATTERERS. She's a woman, so Shikamaru still feels the obligation to go easily on her because he's dumb like that and thinks chivalry matters in a snowball fight. For now.

In any case, for the time being Vegeta's wish is Shikamaru's command, and as such he'll be handed snowballs as fast as he can chuck them. It's like an assembly line here.]

[misterbrief]

[Shikamaru might hear Vegeta laughing quietly to himself as he's chucking those splatterers at Karis. It's not as fast or as hard as he can throw them, being that is arm is still visible as he throws, but it's still fast. A few of them are purposely thrown to zip past Karis's head with deadly accuracy, acting as a distraction, exploding on a tree behind her before he starts aiming directly at her chest. His goal is to try to keep her from finishing that second channel.

Next to go is that ice fortress/barrier/wall thing...he's got a plan.]

[The distraction works like a charm, for her head turns to look where the snowballs land before getting nailed in the chest. It was such a surprise to Karis that she actually dropped her channel.]

Ah, jeez! [Time for this mage to try and scramble back behind her wall of ice for some cover, and to remake her channel as swiftly as possible.]

[endgames]

[Somewhere in that pile of splatters will come a snowball that's a little bigger than the rest; a little more carefully packed. Shikamaru passes on a few words of wisdom before he relinquishes it.]

Don't throw this one at her. Aim it at the base of her fort.

[Shikamaru doesn't even need to tell him what it does. Vegeta was already planning on collapsing her wall his own way, but if this means he doesn't have to reveal any of his power, he'd gladly do that instead. He looks down at the snowball handed to him, and cracking a wickedly amused smile at his compatriot.]

Looks like you've read my mind. Say, I think it would be wise to take advantage of this while she's scrambling to regroup. Surely you've got some tricks up your sleeve for that. I think giving her a surprise would be in order, catch my drift?

[Karis is making sure to pack a few extra channels for her to use, should she end up dropping one again.

She'll peek over her ice wall for now, expecting a barrage of those splatters again.]
