Snow Fight!

Who: EVERYONE.
What: Snowball free-for-all.
When: February 25th, during the Harvest Moon Valentine's Event!
Where: The road and the area between Houses 16, 19, and 27
Summary: Who knows how it started, but there's a war being waged in the street- and you've just been tagged a few times by a snowball. Join in on the fun, seek revenge, or just try to get out of the fray! Maybe make a new friend or two, you never know what will happen with those Heart Meters!

It was a calm day until someone decided to be a little mischievous. But accidents do happen, and one snowball lead to another until a full out war started in the middle of the village. Everyone for themselves, pelting each other, dragging the poor passerby into the chaos with either a well aimed or not-so-well aimed snowball.

Ahhh! Such a big, sweet heart you have! I'm so glad I don't have to eat spinach or broccoli!

...except when an adult tells me I have to in order to grow up strong, right? [This may be a hint at you tiny child.]

Just what I would expect from a good hero! Of course, right now is not dinner time! Do you think we could celebrate my turning away from evil to good with some hot chocolate?

[Now that's more like it!]

Alright then! [Vash jumps up to his feet and peers around for whoever might be watching Sophie at the moment. Making sure they see that he's got the kid and she hasn't just wondered off.

Once he gets a wave from them he'll take the girl's hand.] Let's go find that drink!

[Even though she's totally a big girl who doesn't need to hold hands, she still latches on. Living with Grune, you get used to that sort of thing.]

Okay! [She punches the air.] Charge!

[Vash matches her punch in the air with his free arm.] CHAAAAARGE! [He'll make as if to run to the cafe, but making sure he's only taking little Sophie sized strides instead of the big long ones he could take.]

[Wow that was loud but look, she's keeping up with an adult, and a tall one at that. She's awesome at running.

She also has yet to stop smiling. This is a great day.]

[The best runner ever! Vash holds the door open for her once they reach Seventh Heaven.] Waiter! We need your best table and some hot chocolate!

Oh wait, I work here! [He turns to Sophie with a bow.] Right this lay, my lady! I'll take you to our best table!

[That gets a giggle out of her.]

Okay!

[He sits Sophie down at a table.] Now you wait here just a second, alright? I'm going to tell the chef what we want! [He'll give the order to someone else, not about to leave Sophie on her own for the time it would take him to make the drinks.

Yet, soon enough the two will be served cups of hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows in them. Vash will hold his drink up.] To the hero who helped me change my evil ways!

[Being promised hot chocolate, Sophie has stayed put. She wouldn't want to miss out by wandering off, after all.

Once he raises his drink, she immediately grabs hers.] Yeah!

[Sophie, dear, it would be nice to toast him back, you know.]

[Vash doesn't mind the lack of toasting. Simply laughing happily at her enthusiasm.] Careful not to burn you're tongue! It's going to be hot!

[That gets him a bit of a look.] I know.

[Geez, it's not like she's some little kid or something.]

Hehe, silly me! I should have known someone as smart as you would know that! [He grins and drinks his own hot chocolate. Although, once she's finished it will be time to head back and be dropped off with her guardian again.]

Yeah. [But she looks mollified. And wow this hot chocolate is the best. Definitely better than what Gee Girl makes when she forgets to put the chocolate in.]

Good, huh? I think it's some of the best hot chocolate I've ever had.

Yeah! It's the best.

[She gives him a big grin. Be happy, Vash--it's not very common that she's this unreserved.]
