[There was a lot going on these last several days but with the draft having ended a few days ago and it was definitely a relief to see those she knew return back to Luceti so she wouldn't have to worry as much. Today was actually her birthday but given she is not one to draw too much attention to that fact, she just goes about her day as usual between picking up groceries and other things she needed this morning.

She can be found around and about in any of the stores or just walking on her way back to her house once she is done]

[Mikoto was similarly looking through some clothing as she was talking with Law. At the mention of her birthday she nods] Ah, thank you. You're right it is my birthday though I don't any plans in particular for today.

[Mikoto is slightly surprised at his comment to treat her to something but she just nods at the suggestion] Ah, of course. We could definitely do that.

[Mikoto's surprise causes Law to muse Itachi must get this aspect from his mother. Why do Uchihas (he's now an Uchiha - it hasn't granted him any particular wisdom on this matter) get shocked when people want to do nice things for them.]

Good. Birthdays are a time to celebrate. What I always tell Itachi.

[He smiles a bit conspiratorially.] He's probably wondering what I've cooked up this time for his. Just a few days away now. [As Itachi's birthday? June 9th.]

[It's not the gesture she is surprised by, it more like she is not used to it given she places everyone else above herself especially when it comes to her family and friends] Mm, I definitely agree with that.
