She was never a fan of thunder storms. And the lightening that cracked through the opaque clouds weren't really helping. Nevertheless Polka ran through the rain, parasol in hand, ready to help the man that was stuck in the mud. Luckily she didn't have to wander very far since the house weren't all that spread out. However, knowing that all of them looked alike.. it was kinda hard to tell them apart.

Still. She couldn't give up.

"Hello?" Polka decided to yell, hoping that would make things easier.

There were three things Dino was painfully aware of:

One: It was cold.

Two: It was wet.

And three: He was slowly sinking into the mud.

The bangs that were plastered to his face obstructed his vision, and Dino lifted a hand to brush them aside. Heavy; the fall of rain. It was difficult to see, even more difficult to hear. But between the rough, tumbling sound of thunder; Dino caught a thread of sound. Could it be..?

Cupping both hands around his mouth, smearing mud on his cheeks, Dino raised his voice in an attempt to overpower the surrounding noise.

"ANYONE OUT THERE?"

Sakura had no umbrella to speak of, but she had gotten a hold of a raincoat while looking for clothes earlier. She pulled it on over her clothes as she rushed out, wincing at the loud thunder clap. But she had to help that poor person stuck outside. She could never just sit dry and okay inside knowing someone was out in this mess. Sakura ended up finding Polka first and nearly ran into her.

"Oh, sorry," She apologized, wondering if she was even heard over the rain and thunder. "You haven't seen a man around here stuck in the ground, have you? I'm looking f--"

Then she heard Dino's shouts and quickly turned her head toward the voice.

The wet slap of footfalls; and Dino dared to hope, squirming a bit in the mud and managing to wade a few inches forward. Could it be-? It was-!

As the slender silhouettes of the two girls cut through the veil of rain, Dino began to wave with no small amount of enthusiasm. "... ladies! Hey!"

Sakura followed Polka quickly, pulling the hood of her raincoat tighter over her head. As they got closer to the voice, she squinted through the rain and sure enough saw Dino waving. She was thankful Polka was here to lend a hand, too. She wasn't sure she'd have been able to help by herself. She approached Dino so she was as close as she could be without getting stuck in the mud herself.

"Hello! Are you okay? You're not hurt or anything, right? Just... stuck."

"Don't worry, little lady. I'm fine." To demonstrate his point Dino winked, soft chuckles low and rough. "Wet. Cold... but I've been through worse."

Holding both hands in the air, a timid grin pulling at his lips, he shook his head. "But it looks like I'm really stuck." How the fragile pair of princesses planned to pull him out... he wasn't too sure. Hopefully he wouldn't inadvertedly drag them into the mud with him.
