It is the solemn duty of those who have survived. I've had to do so for more than a few comrades over the years.

Dragon of the West? [He laughs lightly. Trying to keep the mood a bit lighter.] Doesn't sound like too bad of a nickname to me. Has a nice ring to it.

[Better than his in his mind, but he doesn't feel like sharing that bit.]

Well, if you say so. Dragons are an important part of Fire Nation culture, we owe a lot to them, though we have also done them wrong in recent history.

[He opens his eyes and shakes his head]

A story for another time. Come, let us get some food and tea into us.

[Vash turns to head towards where they could get a bite to eat.] I hope you brought your own tea, because I doubt they remembered to add tea to the rations they have out here.

Naturally. The Malnosso lack a cultured appreciation for tea, a major mark against them in my books.

[Vash chuckles picturing a list of complaints against the Malnosso and the lack of good tea being the highest on the list.]

Heh, I'm sure it is. Although, is that a major mark against me? Until you showed up I'm not sure I really appreciated tea all that much either. [And still not a big fan of it.]

Very different, but I have to admit, I still don't think I'll ever be even half a fan of tea as you are.
