Mission: Burying the Past in Zompania
Who: Anyone who volunteered
What: A very special mission that will bring you honor. Or maybe just traumatic memories. Whatever.
When: July 20th - July 24th
Where: Zompania, or what's left of it
Summary: Mission detailed here. There are graves to dig and buildings to raze, and plenty more for the volunteers to stay busy with.
Rating: PG-13 for probable mentions of gore and other sad things
Direct further questions here!

[And a just as subtle insistence that no time spent helping Richard can be considered a waste.]

[He's had enough experience with magic to know that it is indeed a legitimate concern, and if Isamu says he needs a break, far be it from Richard to protest.]

[He smirks a little.]

[Please. Teasing Isamu is one of his favorite things to do.]

[He lets out a weak laugh, muffled though it is by the suit.]
Though I suppose it would only be fair to give you a respite once in a while...
no subject
Of course then I'd probably just bug you instead.

Perhaps you're right about both of us needing to take a break...

I only admit to being wrong sometimes to make things fair.

[He coughs again, grimacing.]

[He gives Richard a light pat on the back. He can do that in the suit at least.]

[He relaxes slightly, leaning into that patting. Now that the adrenaline is wearing off, his desire to get away from the rubble and the destruction is growing at a rapid pace. The sooner they go back, the better.]

[He chuckles.] I wouldn't know. Haven't had one that I hadn't made up.

[That one was totally Asbel's fault.]

[Yet he agreed to be called by it anyway.]

[Then, his tone softening, betraying a hint of the strain from trying to keep a smile on his face:]
Perhaps that will be my first order of business once we finally return home.

Well. It's good to know I'm so high on the list.
