Zoology Field Trip! (Luceti University)
Who: Lance, any of the zoology majors, or any animals lovers that want to tag along!
What: The Zoology Field Trip
When: Sept. 10
Where: The Forest
Summary: Lance is taking students out on a hike to see and observe the local wildlife!
Rating: A for Animals!
Everyone is told to be there bright and early! Because at 8 am, they're heading out on a hike through the forest! Anyone that's a zoology major or taking any of Lance's classes is expected to be there. Though anyone that wants to go simply out of interest is free to come as well, provided it doesn't interfere with your classes of course.
Hope you brought a sack lunch, because they'll be out there all day! Students are also encouraged to bring a notebook, binoculars, and a camera/phone. A short essay about what they see and learn about is going to be due Friday.
Lance leads the way into the woods, stopping whenever there's something of interest. That includes taking some time to do a little bird watching, observing a herd of deer, and looking under rocks for reptiles. You never know what you might find! Eventually he'll let them wander around, but not too far, and come to check on them if they have questions or find something particularly interesting. Just be respectful! These are wild animals. And don't touch anything that's venomous!
