Action
Who: Reeve n Yuffie. Open to Vincent, Cloud and Haseo in particular but anybody really :D (Emil, Vyse, Barret, Denzel?) Please feel free to bug.
What: Yuffie takes Reeve SHOPPING.
When: After This
Where: Outside communal build 2 then onwards into the village
Summary: Yeah, as above, the princess and the paup- I mean "ordinary hero" go around town. Um. Reeve needs to find Cait Sith and wants to start work on creating a street-lighting set up.
Rating: PG max orz.
Brushing a stray piece of cotton from his shoulders Reeve was somehow quite sure that it was not the norm at Luceti to have to cut into your favourite piece of clothing. His wings had refused to sit flat however and were quite painful with the heavy blue coat sitting right over them. So now said signature coat had two slits in it to house two small, apparently brown wings clasped together like a moth at his back.
Taking such into account Reeve would have thought sleep to be an interesting occasion, but the feathers had started to splay the more relaxed he got, revealing as they settled a striking blue that matched his overcoat as the brown matched his hair. Ridiculous decoration; he couldn't even fly.
A man not necessarily of routine, but one with particular dependencies Reeve was feeling rather out on a limb with a torn into coat and no Cait Sith. The latter being most effective upon his spirit, quite literally. Yet Yuffie had been instrumental in lifting his moods, despite her hacking into his private thoughts. Quite simply, the former Commissioner was not entirely surprised; it was one of the reasons he had had her as his information specialist in the WRO after all. Though she would not hack his communications again he hoped, and if she did he fully expected to sit out his threat, at least for a time for it to settle into her stubborn brain.
So now he waited for his perhaps soon-to-be-secretary slash former friend and employee, smile playing on his mouth despite the frown upon his forehead. Reeve wondered if he would see anybody else. Vincent, out of those who had apparently arrived already at Luceti, being most prevalent in his mind.

"Of course I do! But I think you know more than just 'hmph'!" She held back a laugh.
"Well, I don't know a thing about either of those groups, except the people who run them!"
no subject
"I wouldn't say so..." There was a frown at the amusement in her words.
"They seem rather interesting. Would you trust them, Yuffie?" and with that Reeve took a glance around before dumping his material into a basket and moving on.
no subject
"Oh, but I would!" Yuffie just keeps smiling!
"Of course I would! Vyse helped me out a while ago, and Yuri...he's just fun!"
no subject
Damn Yuffie was too keen at times. Yet there was no Cait Sith... with that Reeve moved to do the door with the scavenged material.
"Hm, well that is something then. A number of groups dedicated to the people of Luceti..."
no subject
She kept frowning at him. "C'mon! I'll even settle for a good lie!!"
"Three. The last one starts with a C I think...I don't really know..."
no subject
"Oh? Well apparently Cait Sith likes to dress in bonnets..." Reeve left that image and absurdity lingering. Peering around the shop and not recognizing any humanoid Reeve moves outwards. His hands luckily occupied.
I think we have our new WRO, those dedicated to improving the lives of Lucetians...

"...B-bonnets?" That was enough to stop any other thoughts in her mind at the moment. She can't help but smile at that image...then the image of Reeve wearing them came into her mind, and she can't help but crack up laughing. So hard, she can't say anything else!

Thankfully his technique worked. Poor girl. But then the thought of Reeve in a bonnet was ever so, ever so distracting and he was fully aware of that fact.
Yet Reeve could not help but cast a glance over the gigglepot. "Yuffie...?"
Moving to the door with his head cast down Reeve motioned for her to follow.

She tries to stop laughing, but it doesn't work all that well. The thought of Vincent in one decided to creep into her mind. . She looks like she's about to fall down laughing!
no subject
Decides to carry on with the shopping, brushing yet another set of finger against the young Wuatainese.
no subject
She lets out a few more giggles, but moves to follow him anyways.

Looking for them was more of a hassle than anything but he cleared his throat and stepped from the corner of the exit and nodded at the two of them.
"Reeve. Yuffie."
:D
It was busy, all these people milling around. One of the experiments, apparently. The last person Reeve would have expected to see amidst such a throng was the one who came out from the corner to face them.
"Vincent..." His eyes blinked in assessment of the older man, giving a delayed nod in response. "...What are you doing here?" The words sounding a little blunted with confusion.
no subject
Up close, the other man looked older than what he remembered. He assessed him quietly, breaking his gaze only once to look down at the ninja by his side. He had yet to see her personally in Luceti so he took in her appearance as well, younger than he remembered, but only by a little.
no subject
In truth he wanted to speak with both Yuffie and Vincent, or in fact to others from Gaia, about their memories, their experiences here, and the logistics of different timezones. Yuffie of course was younger, and looked it too. The other man, rather unsurprisingly, looked just the same as he did when Reeve had last seen him. Just before he had arrived at Luceti.
"Yes. I did. Um.. Just let me.. put these down for a moment" and with that Reeve motioned with his head to move outside where there was a little more space to talk.
no subject
He wasn't sure what the discussion was to be, perhaps it was going to be of Geostigma, the effects of Sephiroth or Kadaj, or more importantly, the differences of their time lines.
Regardless, he was ready to see what the other man had to say. He seemed already he had quite a bit.
