Who: Masaomi and anyone who comes
What: Birthday Shindig
When: 18th, Midday-ish (it's really on the 19th, but draft)
Where: Rec Center
Summary: Masaomi wanted to see his friends before the draft and ts' his birthday tomorrow. So he took the thing Mikado Announced and decided to make it on the day before to make it easier on everyone

[Well it's a "party" - Masaomi at least didn't plan for things like decorations or a cake, so there's just the video games, pool table, air hockey, and whatever else is normally here. If other people brought cake or food though, that's good! His message said that this was't planned (mostly because with is broke arm he can't lug anything and he didn't want to force that on Shikamaru. But yeah!! Let's... okay so it might not be the most enjoyable thing ever given the date, but let's interact!

I'll be making subthreads for gifts and food (the later because it's not supplied so people know what's there) but other than that make your own thread, mingle, mass log stuff ♥ If you character is a friend of Masaomi's assume he rang them about the date-change. Same for anyone who replied to Mikado's entry about it. If you want to crash it that's okay too, or say you heard from someone else or just followed someone there or... anything...]

[Aang arrives wearing his more formal orange robes. He's really glad about the party being moved up, and how it helps to take his mind off of the impending draft. At least for the time being. After setting down his fruit pies and giving his gift to Masaomi, he just generally makes his way around the party. He'll be eager to join in on any games and mingle with everyone around, both people he knows and new faces.]

[ Mikado's got the same idea Aang does (well, when he's not hovering around Masaomi most of the time that is) and so they might end up standing nearby or next to each other at one point.

Aang kind of sticks out though. Mikado can't help but notice the robes and the bald head and--is that an arrow on his head?--his train of thought sort of goes off in one direction about monks and kung fu and old Chinese action movies but then he realizes that he recognizes this person from the journals pictures. ]

[It wasn't that long ago that they had first talked, so Aang is quickly able to recognize the voice and face. He blinks and turns over with a smile.]

That's me. Hey Mikado!

[ A little polite bow - he looks younger but. ] Yes, hi! It's nice to finally meet you off the journals.

{ Enthusiastic nod! ] Yeah, I'm really glad as many people showed up as they did. [ But then again, it is Masaomi. He'd be more surprised if only a few people came. ]
