Our generation makes things interesting!
Who: Masaomi and anyone who comes
What: Birthday Shindig
When: 18th, Midday-ish (it's really on the 19th, but draft)
Where: Rec Center
Summary: Masaomi wanted to see his friends before the draft and ts' his birthday tomorrow. So he took the thing Mikado Announced and decided to make it on the day before to make it easier on everyone
Rating: idk??
[Well it's a "party" - Masaomi at least didn't plan for things like decorations or a cake, so there's just the video games, pool table, air hockey, and whatever else is normally here. If other people brought cake or food though, that's good! His message said that this was't planned (mostly because with is broke arm he can't lug anything and he didn't want to force that on Shikamaru. But yeah!! Let's... okay so it might not be the most enjoyable thing ever given the date, but let's interact!
I'll be making subthreads for gifts and food (the later because it's not supplied so people know what's there) but other than that make your own thread, mingle, mass log stuff ♥ If you character is a friend of Masaomi's assume he rang them about the date-change. Same for anyone who replied to Mikado's entry about it. If you want to crash it that's okay too, or say you heard from someone else or just followed someone there or... anything...]

Her friends are going to be split off and divided, some remaining here, others drafted - she is going to go into space, which mildly terrifies her, not to mention all the other horrors waiting on a draft. And Aang and Toph...
Well. It was going to be a terrible couple of days for them. And she had no idea what was going to happen here. Part of her had wanted Masaomi to cancel the party entirely, instead of moving it up. But the rest of her realized that this might be the only time they could be happy together like this for a long time.
So Katara went out and, with Buffy's help, picked out a dress. She put her hair up in a loose braid, using the sparkling blue flower hair clips she had received for her 15th birthday, along with her usual hair loopies. She had debated make-up, but decided against it. She felt pretty, if a bit self-conscious.
She'd tried to get everyone else from her house to do something special too, but whether or not she was successful is to be seen. So she's here, determined to enjoy the night and do her best to make it special not only for one of her dear friends, but for all of them.]

[Evolution thread, chronologically late in the party]
I wanted to put this up after more people tagged in butAnyway. Later in the party, Masaomi and Linda the Pichu are pulled into a heated discussion. It's in a rather public space, though arguably only maybe Shikamaru will 100% understand Linda's half of the conversation. He's not arguing with her at least though, that much is obvious. Linda is standing on the counter with the food, a half eaten lemon cookie in her hands while Masaomi has a can of Livewire Mt Dew in his hands.]
Eeeh, so you're saying you have a gift after all, Linda?
[pii! Of course she does, in fact, she looks smug and waves a hand dismissively. It's only obvious she would have the most impressive one, even! She's the best!]
I've been watching you all the time, there's no way.
[Is too! In fact, why are you doubting me, you idiot!! No one here- lo--- lo-- no! HMPH! She crosses her arms, dropping the cookie, and pouts. No, she's not saying it!!
Masaomi just arches an eyebrow at her, and as Linda gets more flustered, her cheeks start to charge with electricity due to how awkward she feels.]
...You know, Linda, you don't need to- [Pii!! Shut up, she can do this!
...Okay, no more sparking. Inhale. Exhale. Looking at Masaomi straight in the eye!! Why is this so flustering, dammit!! he's making her say things like this and- And!!

...Eh? [Masaomi blinks, and Linda's averting her gaze. No, she is never repeating that ever. EVER..
Masaomi bursts out laughing at that though, which makes her start! How dare he-! ...Until she's pulled into a one-armed hug and into his chest. She... relents. Just because it's his birthday.
And then she's coated into a bright and warm white glow. Masaomi blinks, and in his arms Linda grows bigger... and heavier. After the light fades, she's now in Masaomi's hands at something else. she is now a Pikachu (still with a black tuft of hair between her ears which resembles Gold's bangs)
Naturally other people can react to this too]
