During Avatar Stating

[Haruhi is actually escorting Malnosso scientists at this time. She's mostly been working wit civilians (who to be fair are also Malnosso too) but at the moment she's getting some actual scientist people out with a group of other draftees from other enclosures. Let's make it a dramatic meetig]

[The Avatar floats in the city surrounded by a bubble of air, with rings consisting of samples from the three other elements. It's a city full of people at war, with both sides deserving the Avatar's judgement. And it looks like he's found his new targets.

The scientists are quickly recognized as Malnosso from memories of Aang's briefings. Aang slowly descends as he bends the earth beneath them to entrap their feet like shackles. When he speaks, it is as if the youth's voice and a booming ancient voice are talking together.]

Scientists of the Malnosso. You have escalated the state of imbalance in this world. You have treated those displaced from their own worlds as inhuman test subjects and forced them to fight in your wars. For your crimes, you shall pay the ultimate price.

[He is now only feet above the ground, facing the group. Haruhi and the other draftees are not yet affected.]

[...Oh you have got to be- some self-righteous asshole. She grits her teeth. She new she would eventually get into a situation like this but she hoped it would be with someone less super. She glances around at the rest of the draftees in her group. The elf with her looks like she agrees (the bitch) and is sort of standing back, the other three (a human with red hair and a tommy gun, another human with dark hair who seems to be reaching for a dagger from somewhere, and another woman who looks younger than Haruhi and therefore is probably a noncombatant) look like they might resist too.

[The Avatar slightly shifts his head to face Haruhi. It's hard to judge her, even if one child-like voice tries to squeak out within the conciousness, But I know her.... Their association with the Malnosso is troubling, but with Avatar Aang's memories, he knows that they Malnosso have forced the others to help.

He sees no harm in answering her question. In as much detail as he sees comfortable.]
