[Law is bored. He is also unaffected, but more importantly HE IS BORED.

Medically enforced bedrest does that to a guy.

Not that he's ungrateful that he's being left alone romantically. Wants no part of that he does. He has a lover already and he is quite happy, thank you much. But he's bored (and aside from the random couple that stumbled into his room looking for a makeout spot, causing him to bristle with electricity like an oversized Pikachu, generally by himself) and with everyone twitterpatted with each other, there's only so much reading and puzzle solving he can do before he's aching for something else to do.

Bored.

Bored.

BORED.

It's the seventeenth he finally snaps and decides to do a little something useful with his time. Because bored as he is, the pirate doctor doesn't want to deal with any unintended consequences of this experiment three months later when he is hopefully healthy and no one wants the inevitable heartbreak that accompanies when people go home. It's for their own good. Besides... it will be fun. Maybe no squawking on the journals he can hear, but he can imagine peoples' faces.

And he CERTAINLY has the teleporting powers to make the things appear out of the air like magic. He doesn't even have to leave his bed.]

[So Luceti, on the seventeenth, while the chocolate runs rampant and everything's a lovefest, little boxes appear with a flash of blue light. They generally show up where the pirate thinks are the prime makeout spots (obviously the majority will find their way to the hotel) but you know, misfires happen. One might appear besides YOU.

[Vash was happy that for once this holiday was going to pass him by it seemed. He was already bitter enough as is with so many of his family and friends vanishing on him recently.

So he's happily sitting quietly, reading a book, when suddenly: POOF!

He takes the little box off his head and stares at it for a moment or two. Then a couple more seconds. And then-]

Oh for the love of... YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!

[And thus, Vash now thinks the Malnosso are mocking his virginity. He hates them so very much right now.]
