[After a lot of preparation, opening night for Luceti's newest club is finally here. The music is loud and insistent, the kind where you have to shout a bit to be heard above the noise. Flashing, moving lights above reveal the purple decor, mostly devoid of chairs, and plenty of room to dance. A well stocked bar should be able to provide liquid courage to anyone too nervous to shake there groove-thang sober, while a patio out back affords a space for anyone wanting to have more intimate (or just quieter) interactions. There's also a coat room, for anyone looking for a warmer spot for intimate interactions.

The doors open at seven, and will stay open until two am-- plenty of time to drink, dance, talk and generally have a good time. When the DJs aren't spinning, a house mix is put on, so there's never a quiet moment.]

[Deadpool would occasionally frequent a club now and then. It wasn't exactly his favourite place, but anything to avoid being alone really. He makes sure to be "suited up" at least. He avoided being alone when possible as bad thoughts started invading his head. So here he is out on the dance floor. He notices a certain blue aura out of the corner of his eyes.]

[Wanda, on the other hand, would frequent clubs as often as she could sneak away to them. They felt freeing to her, somehow. No brother watching her every move, no father telling her she's wasting valuable time. Just the music and the motion.

Perhaps she should be a little more mindful, though, because that aura is creeping. Caught up in the music and the flashing lights, like she is, it's likely going to be the same hex that usually slips out (and gets her kicked out) at clubs; a colour change hex. Reds to blues, oranges to greens... it is highly likely anything this hex comes in contact with will experience a magical colour shift more permanent than any dye. Sorry about that!

To be fair, it does do really neat things to the lights.]

[Deadpool is doing his dancing when he notices his suit is now black. He takes a glance at his normal wear and the normal reds are now blue, and the blacks are white. Well this was certainly... different.]

[Wanda pauses in her dancing-- she's heard that sort of shout while clubbing before. It usually means either a fight between two guys is about to start, or... she's about to get kicked out. She's not so worried about getting kicked out, for once, but as a bouncer, it is her job to sort of keep the peace. She looks around for the source, and sees the mask man. While his face is hidden, his body language seems to indicate he's the one who issued the cry.]

... What's wrong?

[He raises an eyebrow at the club girl. There was something vaguely familiar about her]

Well, my entire outfit just changed colour. Like everything.

[Oops. She's been hexing again.]


... Sorry. Probably my fault. Sorry...! What-- colour are you supposed to be? [She moves over towards him, moving out of the way of others.]

[Yes you had]

Probably your fault, huh? Well, usually I rock a red where it is blue, a black where it is white. And the suit itself is supposed to be white, but is currently black. I mean, its a party, whatev, I look good in any colour, but eventually I'd like it to eventually turn back.

[He taps his foot and looks up in thought]

I'm guessing you are a mutant of some variety. Tell you what, we dance a bit, and by the end of the night, we can figure out if this can all return to normal, or if I just got a new outfit.

[Occasionally he can be cool about things]

Mutant, yeah... And red and black? ... I like your style. I'm sorry for messing with it. [She can switch it back a bit later. He mentioned dancing, and she's SO down for that. Especially when she just thought she was in trouble. But he's being cool, and she is more than happy to run with that.]

The least I can do is dance. ...I will absolutely fix it-- whenever you want!

I'll hold myself to it. [She doesn't quite pick up on the arrogance of his self-appreciation, perhaps in part to her own red-and-black hair. As far as she can tell, that's a complement to her.


And yes-- he can dance if he wants to. Wanda herself is going to start up again, rotating and moving. She's not much for partner dancing, but she's very good at dancing near people, even if not with them.]

[Wanda is very pleased with his dancing. Wanda is very pleased with anyone who dances, but at least he seems to keep a beat, and have some super fly moves. She happily finishes out the song, then gestures towards the wall, to see if he wants to step off and get colour corrected now.]

I aim to please.

[He waves it off, he'll dance some more. A bit of a sudden costume change is actually up his alley. Besides, he knew this song. It was time to 1, 2 step . Dancing he did know. He didn't have what others might refer to as shame. Especially not when it came to dancing.]

[No shame is generally a plus, as far as Wanda's concerned. And more dancing? Oh hell yes. She laughs, happily, enjoying that he'd rather dance than correct her mistakes. Wanda's dance style has fewer steps than his-- much more hip-tacular, but she manages to keep pace with whatever comes on, and she will continue to do so, until he indicates a stopping place.

She keeps an eye on him, on and off. Sometimes, she looses herself to the music and the dance, at which point her aura lights up again, but she seems at least as shameless as he is, at the moment. ]

[A man with a healing factor? He could literally dance this night and next away. He'll see how he feels, but he'll definitely keep it going for a few songs.

The girl seemed to like to dance, which he could get behind. When a certain song comes on , he really starts to show off a bit. ]

Yeah, I got some moves.

[Wanda could probably compete with him for longevity, if she used her magic to boost her, but that's the sort of thing she'd never think of, so she will have to stop, eventually. For now, though, she's very much enjoying all the music. So much of it is new, from years beyond her own-- and all of it is enjoyable.]

... I'll say. ... how do you do that?

[He'll keep dancing as he talks, moving and talking were never a problem. Actually not talking was the bigger task, it did happen occasionally, but more of a double rainbow sort of moment.]

Years of practice. You never know when you need to bust out some moves to win a dance competition. Besides which, easily incorporated into fighting.

.... Really? ... I can barely walk and fight at the same time...! [her own dance turns into a rhythmic back and forth, when she stops her slow eddies to talk to him.]

Course. I'm Deadpool, the Merc with a mouth. Talking and doing other stuff is kind of my thing. Although I suppose ol' Spidey does it as well, but I'm better.

I'm guessing you don't get out too much or watch the news. I'm one of those masked vigilante types, along the lines of spiderman and such.

Hmmm... Like-- Captain America? [Sorry, never heard of Spiderman.]

Uh, sort of. Captain America is actually a legitimate sanctioned hero, and works for the government, plus he has punched like thousands of nazis.

[He had too much respect for the Captain to put himself on the same pedestal. Steve was special]

No, I mean works. That super soldier serum does wonders for the body. Lets you live through all manner of things. Captain America is alive and kicking, I can personally attest to the kicking portion of things. Depending on which universe you are coming from, occasionally he might be frozen, or somehow suspended in time, but not dead, and not even close to old.
