[Since they hadn't really done anything special for a while, Yuuna figures she'll make something nice for Saori, the smells of something nice and spicy floating in the air from the kitchen. And the great thing about this time was she wasn't forgetting anything important, like turning off the oven or watching pots and pans boil over.

It was nice, and she's enjoying having her memory working properly more than anyone.

She's almost done cooking too, a nice little meal for her beloved, so they can spend some nice quiet time together. She just finishing up the last touches to it in the kitchen, the table already set for the two of them. Saori should be down shortly.]

[Well the smell of whatever it is Yuuna's cooking is like a beacon to Saori. Spicy things are truly her favorites, and she meanders down the stairs slowly, sniffing as she moves. Her nose twitches as she reaches the bottom of the stairs and she starts across the room in a dreamy state and slips up behind Yuuna.

Wrapping her arms around her beloved, she pulls the other woman in close and gives her a gentle kiss on the ear, letting her lips linger on the lobe for just a moment.]

Whatever it is you're making...it smells like Heaven my darling.

[sun_showers]

I'm flattered you'd say it smells like Heaven. [She smiles, enjoying the playful touch from Saori.] But you don't get to touch it yet, you've gotta wait until I get it on the table.

[She places on hand on the goddess's, but keeps stirring the nice soup on the stove.]

Now go sit and I'll be out with it in a second.

[windandrain]

Oh...

[Saori can't help but pout just a bit, because she'd really like some of that. But she assents, of course. She just does it slowly, sliding her arms away from Yuuna as sensuously as she knows how. And when she does break away, Saori goes to the kitchen table rather than the big one. Better to watch you with.]

Alright, I'm sitting!

[sun_showers]

If you sit there you still won't get any food! [She pours the soup into a few bowls, and makes her way right past Saori and into the dining room with them, teasing her back.]

H-Hey!

[Saori leaps up and starts floating through the air, trying to intercept Yuuna and steal a bowl of soup.]

Stop that, you!

[sun_showers]

Nope! [She zips over to the table, setting the bowls down.]

You have to eat at the table just like everyone else! [Time to maneuver back into the kitchen to get the salad, dodging around Saori.]

[windandrain]

But I was at the kitchen table!

[She floats there, hands on her hips, trying to block Yuuna's path.]

[She's trying to fake out Saori now, trying to get around her.]

Wrong table! Everyone eats at the dining table, that's why it's called that!

[windandrain]

[Saori hovers there, looking reproachful.]

Only on special occasions!

[sun_showers]

And why can't this be special? I think it's very special!

[She starts pushing Saori out of the way, or at least trying to.]

[windandrain]

[Well since she's floating...it's not really hard.]

What's the occasion then? Hmm?

[sun_showers]

[She pushes her farther to the side, smiling.]

It's a secret.

[And goes right into the kitchen-!]

[windandrain]

[Still looking a bit annoyed, and a little flabbergasted Saori floats on after her.]

It's just the end of February. We already celebrated Valentine's day. I brought you chocolate, remember?

[sun_showers]

I do, dear. [And there's the salad and some freshly baked rolls too to go with it, now all being carried by Yuuna.]

And it was delicious. [She gleefully goes back out to the dining room, setting the rest of the food down.] You'll never guess why. I bet you won't!

[windandrain]

[She's already wracking her brain, trying to think of why...]

Is it...it's not your birthday. Is it the day we first went on a train?

[Because that's special...]

No, guess again. It doesn't have anything to do with anything we did.

[She figures she can give a clue, sitting down at the table now herself.]

[windandrain]

[Saori floats over and settles into a chair herself, then.]

Is it a holiday in your prefecture?

[sun_showers]

Wrong again! [Dishing herself some salad, she slides it over to Saori before grabbing some bread.] It's a lot more simple than that. You don't need to over think it.

[windandrain]

Because...it's the end of the month?

[She sounds a bit hopeful as she grabs some salad too.]

[sun_showers]

I don't think you'll be able to guess. [She happily starts in on her own salad.]

It's just because I wanted to, I think that's special enough. Being a little spontaneous is more fun than planning everything out all the time.

[windandrain]

Just because you want to...

[Saori nods and starts to eat as well.]

Alright, I can get behind that.

[sun_showers]

Sure. And afterwards, I figured we can have a bit of fun.

[She picks up her little sake glass, and sips from it.]

Would you want to? I haven't gotten to really enjoy myself like that since I got here.

[windandrain]

[Saori's eyebrow climbs. Yuuna...and alcohol was always amusing, and sometimes messy. But...]

Sure. We could. Would you want to drink here, or at the bar?

I want to take what we've got here and go to the rec center. I heard they have games there.

[Screw the bar, she just wants to spend time with Saori. And play games.]
