[Where there once was a blue disc that stood as the "Gate" through which Lucetians could pass through, there is now a blue figure that has the appearance of a poor-quality hologram or a ghost. It's a little old man, and he's very eager to talk to anyone that passes by.]

Augh! [The old man stomps his foot.] Those barbaric fools! Of course they're still doing that, why would they stop? Honestly, one hand in the black market is a heftier price than actual captivity, isn't it? Those "Living Rights" activists must be in an absolute tizzy.
