[Where there once was a blue disc that stood as the "Gate" through which Lucetians could pass through, there is now a blue figure that has the appearance of a poor-quality hologram or a ghost. It's a little old man, and he's very eager to talk to anyone that passes by.]

That's not it. Whatever that gate was, it rendered her incapable of normal speech. I'm glad the effects weren't worse, but that was a disturbing result for something trying to give people a false hope of returning home.
