Entry tags:
(no subject)
Who: Haku and open to anyone.
What: Bonding with the weather.
When: The morning of the 12th.
Where: Near the river.
Summary: A certain river spirit heard that it was raining, and so went outside to soak it in.
Rating: G for now. Depending on who tags in, the rating might go up. (If 3rd person/narrative isn't your thing, brackets and the like are fine with me! \o/)
Haku skimmed over the pages of the journal, noting the many entries acknowledging the presence of the rain. Some were pleasant, some were not, suggesting that not everyone was fond of the rain.
But as a former river spirit, Haku was fond of everything having to do with water, and so he tucked the journal away where it would stay dry, and ventured out from the forest to the banks of the river.
When he found a location that was quiet enough for his liking, he sat down on the ground, tucking his legs beneath him. The rain continued falling as he sat there, and after awhile, he simply closed his eyes, focusing on the sounds the drops made and the feelings it left on his skin.

What about you? Is there a reason why you came out here?

[A bit of a nervous laugh]
But I won't be venturing deep into the forest.

Would you like some help with that? I can go into the forest for you, if you want.

But I would very much appreciate that, Haku. You're very kind.

It's no trouble, Mrs. Brisby. I'm happy to help.

apologies for my lateness
D'aww how could I be mad at Haku
[...Normal one? That's probably not a fair assessment.]
I live in a farmer's field...
<3 it's hard to do, right? XD
Do you live alone?
<3
No, I have four children.
