Summary: The next experiment begins, Naoki takes a turn for the crazy worst—there are too many humans here, after all, and obviously this needs to be fixed. Meanwhile, Isamu shoulders the role of ‘demi-fiend’.
Rating: PG-13

I'm alright. [It kind of felt like one of the curses of the magatama. His eyes dimmed back to yellow.] This is...going to take some adjusting to.

Huh. Somehow it comforts me for some reason. [Nothing to do with the situation even. At the back of her mind, something was insisting about a memory she didn't recall having, about spending too much time with magic she didn't have.] It's been... 3? 4 days? It should blow over after a while.

[He tugs a knee up to his chest.] Not bad so much, just...weird. It's kinda funny, considering I haven't even had my abilities that long.

I wonder if casting Silent Lake would have had the same effect. Though, I suppose it can't really cut down all kinds of power.
