Summary: The next experiment begins, Naoki takes a turn for the crazy worst—there are too many humans here, after all, and obviously this needs to be fixed. Meanwhile, Isamu shoulders the role of ‘demi-fiend’.
Rating: PG-13

[That ice is unexpected, enough so that Richard breaks his grip with a snarl and shifts, trying to stab him in the abdomen with the claws on his free hand. You're not getting away from this that easily, Isamu.]

[The claws connect and Isamu cries out in pain. His eyes and markings flicker red for a moment before he lets out a deep growl.

Without trying to pry Richard's claws away, he attempts to aim another ice spell directly into his face.]

[That ice spell knocks Richard backwards with an angry snarl as he claws at the ice, trying to get it out of his eyes so that he can see.

Of course, this means that he's left vulnerable for a moment while he's doing so...]

[Isamu doesn't take the opportunity to heal. He spins immediately into a magma axis, heading straight for the preoccupied Richard.

He'll pull back to heal after, and after the damage that move does to him as well, he'll need to.]
