What: Miu's birthday party!
When: Starting specifically at about 2PM but it should last until night-fall ish so show up whenever.
Where: The lot behind the Brigade HQ (so just off town square)
Summary: Miu announced her birthday, Haruki made a party happen, and now it's time for the main event!

[Okay, so there's been a bit of spitting rain all day, big deal. It's still time for a party and Haruki wasn't going to let that ruin Miu's birthday. Just in case the rain picks up any he's taken the liberty (or rather forced the Brigade to, if you're a member feel free to assume he forced this on you) of setting up several large tents over the area he's designed for the festivities.

And what it is. A table or two with food and cake (again, feel free to assume he twisted you arm for it, but he probably made some himself too), a table for people to get presents up and going, a little make-shift throne he made for Miu herself if she wants it, and plenty of room to talk and dance and such if wanted. And why dance, you ask?

Because he also had people set up that stage that Mitsuru made for when his Brigade put on a play. In case Miichan wanted to do a live concert for her fans. Yes, everything seems to be in order and he's proud for it too.]

[Of course, this is all threadjack style, so anyone can reply whenever they want and to whoever they want and such. Once Miu gets p her thread for receiving presents I'll link it up here but feel free to mingle among yourselves and enjoy the shindig and such.

[Haruki, for his part, worked hard even if much of it was issuing orders to make this event happen and try to give Miu an awesome fourteenth. As such he hasn't really focused on much else since his entry the other day. Maybe he should have, but... The end result is that he's lurking all over this party, checking to see if the people he asked/demanded to show up actually, you know, showed up.

...Not that he isn't having fun too. [Kurt is just over here watching amusement at Haruki's costume. When he does come close enough, he decides to comment on it.]

[He still has no idea why he went along with all of this, but now that things are set up, he's off sitting in one of the chairs. As much as he'd prefer to be crouched down or hanging from one of the poles holding up the tent, he's sitting normally. It isn't easy pretending to be pink.]

[And here comes Kitty, who actually managed to escape doing any manual labor. She was too busy finding Miichan a gift - a really cute hat fit for any pop idol wannabe little girl. She's looking generally happy, carrying the neatly wrapped present in her arms. She's decided she likes this place, and even if she can't write home or see her friends at the Institute, she has Kurt and a whole village of people who don't really care if you're a mutant or not.

She's smiling as she approaches the table Kurt's sitting at, grabbing a seat across from him and putting the present down between them.

Then she notes his glum expression.]

[Yuzu is at the party despite not really liking Miu all that much. She's a bit too loyal to Haruki. Spotting a cute boy she hasn't spoken to before around isn't so bad, though.]

[After placing his present for the birthday girl on the present table, Kouki glanced around.

Even if he doesn't know Miu personally, this party was a good chance of getting to know other people in Luceti.]

[As a Brigade member Yuzu was forced to come here, but she's a little surprised to see Kou show up too. Not that she minds. She heads over to him.]

[And, seeing the blonde who is being awkward the host of the party, bunny ears and all, marches on over to her. He's blissfully unaware of how he might of offended her in his announcing things the other day... or whatever. But he also had some sincerely upsetting news given to him yesterday too so he threw his all into making this party fun.

And now, well, he's glad to see her. She still makes his heart beat a little faster, after all]

[Well, Haruki warned him not to harass her. This clearly means he needs to meet her. After spotting the girl he thinks is Winry standing around awkwardly he heads over to say hello.]

[Oh, who is this person? Miu's seen her around once or twice maybe, but can't remember her. Or why she would end up at her party. So she takes time out of her day to approach Winry.]

[Well, Adell said he would be here. Miu was a Blue Rogue in addition to being part of the Brigade, and Adell wasn't about to skip out on celebrating her birthday.

Unfortunately, he didn't really have the best of luck in figuring out what to get her. He didn't come empty handed, but admittedly, he didn't know Miu very well. The gift he brought probably wouldn't impress Haruki, but he figured an idol would probably need some sort of makeup kit. So he bought and wrapped up as nice of one as he could find and deposited it on the table full of presents for now.

And in the meantime, Adell's going over to grab a soda. Bother him as you see fit, he's feeling social.]

[Oh my god there's a stage. When it's closer to evening, Miu decides to perform. By that point, though, she's already gone home and changed into a different outfit and hidden herself for a good fifteen minutes so she can "debut" properly.]

[True to his word, Regal will be there with a three-layer strawberry cake and a big pot of miso soup. First dibs on both of those go to Miu, of course, and he's carrying a wrapped present as well.
