It had been over twenty-four hours since the infiltration. The Malnosso were notorious for their long work hours, many pulling twenty hour shifts at any given time. Fortunately, each department had its share of private resting areas with beds to allow the overworked staff - or infiltrators - get some much needed shut eye between tasks. But now there allies were arriving. All the information they had gathered and sabotaged planned was about to go into play. Would they be successful?

As for the kidnapped, John's pill was finally starting to cancel out the effects of the drugs. Already brighter and more alert than before, it would soon be time for their escape and either flee or help their comrades storm the building.

The front line attackers had met with their strategist before the battle and were now positioned in the forested area around the facility, out of sight and mind for the Malnosso inside. All they needed was the sign to attack from their person inside.

OOC Notes: Note that when the front liners attack, security checkpoints and Shifting should be disabled. For those curious about Floor 3, there is still no access to it. HOWEVER, there is no longer a Shift protecting it. If any character is reckless or foolish enough to access it, do so while considering the possibility of your character being seriously injured (or even killed!) in what ensues.

To recap: read Albert's OOC marching orders. Security guards are armed with short swords, night sticks, and hand guns. Most have normal human abilities, but higher ranked guards in high security areas will be highly skilled and may possess some amount of superhuman strength and speed. The Malnosso droids/drones all possess superhuman strength and speed. Since everyone is at full power, they are at 'half strength' relative to what people are used to. Brute strength and strong electrical attacks will be effective on them. It's also possible the infiltrators will keep most of them from ever activating to respond to the attack. They are not invincible and with enough effort, people should be able to handle them.
Note: Thanks to the infiltrators, most of the drones have been disabled and won't activate during the alarm. A small number will be present, but no more than twenty at the most.

Finally, going back to Floor 3, there will be a separate thread within the log for that. If someone attempts to enter it after the battle, I'll setup the scenario there for people to interact with.

[Like the others, Saleh had felt John's modifications kicking in, which he was grateful for. Instead of discussing the mission with his cellmates (which would alert the Malnosso anyway), he simply waited for rescue, sitting against the wall in a meditative state. It wasn't Valega without any form of nature to take in, but it helped to keep his mind clear and mentally prepare himself for the rescue.]

[And then he heard the boy calling out to them from outside of the cell. It must be time. Saleh looks up, batting an eye towards the direction of the voice.]

…Ted?

You're part of the rescue party, I take it? [One of her cellmates, Saleh, seemed to know their rescuer, but Erza wasn't concerned with that; she just wanted to get out of the cell, help to free as many people as she could, and take out some of her frustration on her captors if possible.]

[Kyrie stands upon hearing the person calling them outside the cell. One of her cellmates seemed to know this "Ted" person, so that was good. Kyrie remains quiet while the others are speaking, since they seem to know what to do better than she did, so she's just listening for now.]

Huh, you're here, Saleh?

Hold on. [Yup, getting this unlocked. It takes him a while, but eventually he does get it open for them.] Come on, let's get guys out of here.

[Sheik's on his way through, returning weapons to those that need them. Saleh's tome is among those he needs to return. He stops when he hears Ted's voice addressing people inside one of the cells. Saleh? Perfect.]

[He fishes the tome out of his jacket and heads into the cell. He more or less stuffs it into Saleh's hands, then heads out again. Now to find Tsuzuki.]

[Saleh stands as the door opens, only to see the stranger stuff his tome into his hands and leave again. He's quite perplexed, but grateful nonetheless.]

Oh...uh...thank you.

[Turning to his cellmates.]

Very well, let's go.

[Testing to see if her magic still works here, Erza tries to summon a sword into her hand. It works, so she grins, quickly using magic to change into her Heaven's Wheel Armour (http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/File:Erza.jpg).] That's a welcome surprise. Good to see that it's actually working like he said it would.

[She immediately summons more swords, using the armour's special ability to have them hover behind her.] If anybody else needs weapons, I'm sure I can spare some!

W-wow... [Kyrie stares in vague surprise at the lady who changes into that armor and summons more swords before she shakes her head--she didn't really like the idea of carrying something dangerous that could hurt someone. Besides, if abilities really were working now...it was likely she wouldn't have to worry about needing a weapon to protect herself.]

[Between Sheik and Erza, Ted's got more than a few things around to make him speechless. Still...] Let's get out of here now. Looks like most everyone's escaped at least.

Yes. But I will not be able to heal without my staff, so please take care of yourselves.

One quick question: is there anyone in particular who's been kidnapped recently that any of you want brought back with us, just in case we see them during our time here?

[They weren't kidnapped recently to her knowledge, but there is a person Kyrie sort of wants to look for, just on the off-chance the Malnosso were keeping him here for some reason since she hasn't heard anyone say that he had left or anything like that, so she speaks up.]

Um...w-while we're looking around here...d-do you think it's possible we could try to k-keep an eye out for my friend Riku on our way out? I-I haven't seen him around in the village lately, b-but maybe he might be kept here somewhere? [There's a second person she also wants to look for, but...that one she kind of wants to keep privately to herself as it's very likely her friend Yuu from back home wouldn't somehow be here either. ~~Also by "Riku", she actually means the "Replica Riku" but she doesn't know the difference yet.~~]

Are you sure? I see him around from time to time though. [He knows both of them, but he's thinking you mean the real one.] We'll have to keep our eyes open then.
