Summary: Keiichi's become a hikkomori after Rena's departure, and two of his friends decide it's time to check on him. Unfortunately those friends aren't the best friends with each other.

[It's been over a week and a half since Keiichi last appeared in class. Now another school week has ended, and with no sign of him or Rena, Minato decides it's time to pay them a visit. He heads for their apartment once school lets out for the day.

The hallway is silent. The door is tightly closed, and there's no sign of a droid break-in. This is a small relief, but it doesn't rule out other possibilities. After testing the handle to find it locked, Minato raises his hand to knock.]

[...here goes nothing. He steps in and waits for Haruki to shut the door, his hands are too full to do it himself.]

[And.... door shut! He turns to Keiichi and gives the guy a thumbs up here before he starts counting in his head]

[Keiichi just gives Haruki a look that says that if when he opens the door there's like only half of Minato's body there, there are going to be trouble. And he won't even need to go level 5 for it. Still he does trust Haruki and is tired so it comes off quite mild.]

[All of Minato is ~~miraculously~~ now at the hot springs, standing outside a rather nice looking wooden bath house. He shuts the door before wandering off to find someplace to set their lunches down.]

[39...40] Alright, Keiichi, you're up.

[And now he opens the door up for the guy]

[Peek.

...

Okay, no trace of any random part of Minato's body there. Keiichi will be entering and shutting the door then.

How long has it been since that time when, if anyone ever told him that he would be taking a teleporter to go to some hot springs one day, he would have thought they were nuts? A part of him can't help but be bothered by how something like this just doesn't bother him as much as it should. Bothered for not being bothered... Ironic, right?]

[and Minato will just be chilling by the door when Keiichi arrives. Sup. He wasn't bothered too much himself, as it really didn't feel all that different from the teleport-like devices in Tartarus.]

[T-T-T-TIME SKIP and Haruki's there in a flash after about a minute's delay and...!] Alright! See! That's much easier than a hike!

[Yeah, well, lucky you guy from the twenty-first century, back in 1983 videogames were just starting to get known mind you. Teleporting wasn't even part of those games yet. ~~Even if someone keeps saying that Keiichi played the Higurashi series and Yugi-Oh~~.]

And less tiring.

[Which is something he's thankful for. He's tired as things are now.]

[Well, it would be kind of dumb to take a bath with the clothes on, obviously. Keiichi will be going after Minato and eventually find his way to the water, probably.]
