Who: FF IV cast and friends
What: A kiddy sleepover with the Best Babysitter Ever.
When: Monday evening to night.
Where: The FF IV house.
Summary: One way or another, the kiddies of the FF IV house and whatever chibified friends want to join in have come to the house for a sleepover. Uncle Theodore will be watching over everybody, and there will be storytime before bed.
Rating: G, for the love of everything G.
It had not even been a week since he arrived in Luceti (as far as he remembered) but Theodore found himself settling in already. The place was comfortable, seemed safe, and while he did worry about his little siblings he thought things were better for them here than in Kaipo, where they'd had to run after Mist's fall. Certainly no one from Baron was pursuing them, unless of course one counted the little dragoon.
He'd run into a surprising amount of other children as well, and he'd found himself gathering them up unofficially. It helped that at least a couple of them seemed to live in the same house he'd woken up in. A strange coincidence, but he wasn't complaining.
As he used one of the rare moments of downtime he had to fix himself a meal, he wondered what the children were up to now. Cecil and Rydia had promised to stay within sight of the house, and it was about time for them to be getting back.
Leaving his preparing meal on the stove to finish, he headed for the door to see if he could find them. He had no idea what he was in for.

[Hi he's NINE YEARS OLD. He's practically A REAL MAN. Somehow.]
[...He's just going to go take a seat somewhere facing away from the group, arms folded and pouting.]

He's taller then his dad.]

[He settles into a large chair and grabs a book he set on the endtable earlier, holding his left arm away from him a bit so Rydia can climb into her usual spot.] But first we wait for the others to get here.

Cecil! Hurry up!

A man from the moon? Father went to the moon once.
[There's a sage nod from Ceodore, who's eyes are wide as saucers at the idea of more moon stories. Those are his favorites.]

Did I miss the beginning of the story?
[He notices Kain sitting all alone, so he plops down next to the grumpface.]

No, Cecil. Actually, you're just in time. Settle down and I'll begin.
[He flips the book open.]

Our story begins many, many years ago, on a world far beyond our own. On this world lived a race of beings with great strength in magic and knowledge.
But their power, turned against each other in war, shattered their world, and only a few managed to escape. They traveled through the great void, seeking a new place to live, until they found the blue planet of Gaia.
But the blue planet was inhabited, and those living there were not ready to meet the people from the stars. So did they instead take up residence on one of the two moons of the blue planet, and come to call themselves the Lunarians.
The Lunarians could not live forever on the moon, and so they decided to force themselves into sleep, where they could wait until the people of Gaia were ready to meet them.
However, among them was one who believed that the gifts of the Lunarians could be used to help those of the blue planet. He argued with his fellows, but none agreed with him. And so on his own, he took a great ship and flew it to Gaia, to teach the people of his ways.

The Lunarian landed upon the Blue Planet, and began to mingle with the people who lived there. He taught them of many things. Of magic, of the world around them, and of other great mysteries. He let no one know where he came from, and they came to revere him as a great teacher.
For a time, things were good. The people flourished under his guidance, and the Lunarian was happy. He even took a wife, and had a child with her, a young boy who hero-worshiped his father.
But then... something terrible happened.
[Dramatic pause.]
