I felt that way too for awhile, but I try not to think about it now. [He's good at not thinking.] Can't really blame myself for something completely out of my control, right? Besides everyone else here is in the same situation and they can't get out either.

How do I know it wasn't my fault? We can travel to other worlds via Gateways. Maybe I stumbled on one by accident or something.

Well, we don't have anything like that on Gunsmoke, so it wouldn't explain how I got here.

[Apologies there, Vash, but one thing that's just very hard to accept is that Asad's own world is one world with multiple worlds within it, especially with the sheer losses Asad faced while dealing with their enemy who was trying to merge worlds.]

I just can't accept it would be anything else, even if the Gateway can't be found. Maybe the Malnosso are preventing our ability to access it.

I know that, but at the same time, can't stop feeling like I should be doing something even though it seems we can't.
